Exclusive: "I have full-fledged role in Gauri's film" - Shah Rukh Khan

"I have finished Raees. I have got five days of work left in Gauri Shinde's film, not five days of work in the film. I have shot for 15-20 days in the film," revealed Shah Rukh Khan in a Bollywood Hungama exclusive with Faridoon Shahryar. But there was a news report stating that you are having a cameo in Gauri's film? "I said I have four days of work left so they thought I have four days of work in the film. People don't listen. It is a full-fledged role. I have finished lots of days. I have 4 days of work left," Mr Khan said in a cool and calm manner without getting flustered by the misreporting.

I spoke to Imtiaz Ali recently and he said that he would want to talk about the film with you only once you've confirmed it. "We are trying to finalize Imtiaz and Aanand between the three of us. I don't want to work till July as my leg is hurt. I have to get back into therapy. After the film releases I will just do that for a month and a half and spend some time with the kids. Inshallah one of them will start first. Aanand or Imtiaz. We are deciding as they are giving final touches of the script and then the casting has to be done," clarified SRK and thus putting all speculations to rest.

There are reports that Anushka Sharma is opposite you in Imtiaz Ali's film. "Nothing has been confirmed yet. The casting is being done. First will be technical casting. Cameramen and all. Some of the people we wanted were unavailable. Inshallah by next week, technical casting will be done and then the creative talent will follow," SRK said.

Some films carry extremely positive vibes, Raees is one such film. The first teaser has had a dynamic impact. The on location pictures, the posters, Raees has been one of the most eagerly awaited films in the recent history of Indian cinema. "It is fun yaar, very different. It is very earthy. Story has an amazing scape. I have some very fine actors to work with Nawazuddin, Mahira, Zeeshan, Rahul himself is a very interestingly different director. He has lived with the story for 8 years. It is written very well. When I see it, it is not just hard hitting, it is a film with a lot of heart. I like this, the Kohl and I am intense. Mohanan sir keeps saying that sir you are so sweet but you look so scary and strong. It is nice to play that. We have finished the film now, once I release Fan, I will go and watch it. I am really looking forward to that film. It has some really nice dialogues, some really nice scenes and the story spans very beautifully, very interestingly," Mr Khan signed off excitedly.

Lol he plays a full fledged role of a mentor.. It doesn't mean lead or romantic pairing.
