Just my thought.. Ishwari as a mother is just perfect.. the hardships she took to make her children grow and specially her love for her son which has made him what he is today..
but she also seems to be very selfish and not wanting her son get close to anyone specially Sona.. Also her attitude towards Sona specially when she is taking so good care of her.. These traits have also come in her son Dev to an extent, I feel.. He is not able to open up easily and give out his actual feelings nor love some one.

As all of us know going forward thought Dev and Sona will fall in love, they will part ways bcoz of Ishwari and her disapproval of Sona..

Real bad. Hoped her to be a more mature and a person having good feelings towards others also..

What her elder daughter feels is absolutely right most of the time, I feel..

Do share ur thoughts..

Both ishwari n dev are equally complex people. It would be a real challenge for people who have to handle them. Ishwari is very irritating nowadays. She looks very possessive towards her son dev which doesn't seem normal.

I think Ishwari is so possessive of Dev, and has forgotten that he is a grown man and needs someone else in his life other than his mother. I think Neha will help Dev and Sona come together after knowing their feelings for each other. But it will be a challenge.

Very True Ishwari is very possessive about Dev. I observed myriad of emotions running on her face when that lady in party told that is this your choice. After than Ishwani really behaved differently with Sona. I won't say she is bad; she is really authoritative for Dev. She wants Dev all for herself. Dev too is no less, he worships her mother. They have changed the mother-son relationship.

Ishwari is definitely a complex character.
she proved it today in the matter of Khatri as well. All this while, she was showing a meak fearful character upon the threat of her secret being revealed to Dev, but today she took a courageous stand and even threatened him. That came forward all of a sudden, she did not panick seeing Khatri, she knew she would not let herself suppressed under his bargaining, after all that was her son's hardwork money. She would not surrender to the threat. She let him understand that when she had nothing he could do her nothing. Now, when she has everything, he is definitely not in a position to hassle her.

I dont find much difference between ishwari and Radha Rani.
Only difference is Radha Rani would confess her misdeed to herself when she is alone AND ishwari would hide all her misdeed in the name of 'Care, concern and struggle'.

I dont find her a perfect mom, partial mother can never be perfect.

Neha is a messed up girl all thanks to ishwari, but still ishwari cant see anything beyond Dev. Today, Dev has everything, whats the point of running behind him? She has contributed a lot for Dev, it's time to look after a child who was ignored.

I dont think Dev's love life should make any difference to her. She should look after Neha and encourage her (neha) to learn english. The way she struggled to give education to Dev, I dont see same enthusiasm in her when Neha is getting her education. All she is concern about poking her nose in life of Dev and eat chat masala food. Neha is totally right about her.
