If I remember correctly...Ragini had a stab injury 1 day back (as per time line of the serial)...today she is up and about...her abdomen doesn't have any sign of bandages (even Lakshya's small forehead injury has a bandaid)...then explanation...Plastic surgery? But even that needs time😕
