Atharv and Krishna’s killer is......?

the person tapped into the Walia mention and use their number outside of the house or was atleast near walia house. The person could be Daksh. He showed right after a while the phone call ended and the only person near walia house at that moment. Could Daksh be the killer....Could he had gotton obsessed with Bani and instead of getting cured he has become passionate and we know how passionate people turn. Another possiblity could be that Atharv and Krishna might be alive. We need to remember they were buried not cremated. This is offcourse ekta shows where miracles happen. Any thoughts on this it was something i wanted to bring after the horrible death of those two kids to see how the writers play with their death.
