guys..when we comment on articles...is it necessay that first letter of tahasn.. should b n capitals??else it wont count.?

is that enough??i was spying on other forum..it was mentioned that ...very word of title should start with a capital letter...like...for tashan e ishq...we should write as...Tashan E Ishq..then only it will b counted..😕
