They just happened to have a child through surrogacy who looks exactly like ruhi. Maybe Raman got it in with shagun and created another child and poor ishu will be aaya for this child as well. Cvs are so stupid ruhi is shagun and Romans DNA so why would ram and and ishita child look like ruhi. What was the point of making out she is dead if the actress is still part of the show?
