The adoption and surgery track were sped up and because of that made unrealistic, but I think they are trying to focus on the after affects of Riddhima accepting she's adopted and including Padma into their family which Anjali doesn't want.

I also have a complaint about how everyone is acting, they know one of them made a mistake and put Dadaji in a coma, but yet they are arguing, going to the cafe for coffee... no one is even trying to find out what happened... that's what I would have done!

yeah, every1 was shown to be concerned abt Dhoni & his dadu but when he slipped into coma..no1 bothers😕
