Can somebody describe the story so far? I missed the first few episodes. How did Kalpana make Appu a Vishkanya? And why?

As far as I know, they haven't told anything yet..
It's that Kalpana wants revnge from the Mittals.. Only in the recent promo did Kalpana accept in front of the audience that Appu is a vishkanya

Latest on the story

Apu, after seeing bad omens during her marriage to Malay, stopped it and revealed to Malay her secret, and the whole story about her mausi and his father
Malay called a press conference the next day, and turned over 51% of his company over to Kalpana, given that she was made his father's 2nd wife
Apu then released Malay back to Vardan, and arranged her marriage
Kasturi plotted a tantric sacrifice, which Kalpana caught. While trying to kill her, Kasturi overpowered Kalpana and took her to a burial ground and put her in a coffin
She then sent a letter to Apu, who showed it to Vardan as well.
Both went to the graveyard, where they were accosted by Kasturi's gang
Somehow, they got Kalpana released. Vardan saw to her while Apu was busy struggling w/ Kasturi
Vardan saw Kasturi about to stab Apu and got in b/w and got stabbed. Tomorrow's episode, she will die
Next track will be some witch having killed Nandita's sister taking her form and visiting Malay's home
