Sanchi was first introduced to irritate anandi and then to irritate Ganga.

We have seen Jagya reluctantly agreeing to marry Sanchi just to make his family happy and at that time he did not realise he loved Ganga. And when he knew that Sanchi will make him leave his family, then he broke off with her. And then he realised he loved Ganga.

If Sanchi acted well until the marriage without expressing her real feelings, Jagya would not have broken off.

Everyone has their own way of showing their love! Love, no matter whom it is directed to, has it's own effects on the person!

Would you say Shiv did not love Anandi as much as Jagya loved Ganga or any of his other wives simply because he wasn't so vocal about it? Would you say his lack of possessiveness or jealousy was an after-effect of his lessened love for Anandi?

I can say Harki's love for Kamli simply stems from the fact that she happens to be her daughter! If given the chance, she would choose her son or her husband over her rebellious daughter any day! The daughter was her beloved but not more than her husband and son!

Mangala definitely loves Nimboli! It was the love that made her follow the wrong path! It was her love that made her so possessive about Nimboli! She knew that Nimboli held her biological mother at higher esteem than Teesa and would willingly return to her when such a day arrives! Anandi's well-to-do status made her more insecure about her own position in Nimboli's life! First she was second to the woman whom Nimboli never met but now the girl would not even have any reason to keep her Teesa in her life when her own mother is so good and financially stable! She feared losing Nimboli and her own position in her life amidst all the luxury Anandi possessed! While Mangala's actions were part of her own personality, she truely loved Nimboli! Despite her negative actions towards everyone, Mangala's love could not be questioned!

Anandi has always been secured about her own position in anyone's life or about the relationship in her life! Despite having gone through issue of adultery, Anandi never feared losing Shiv to some other woman! She only feared for his life in dangerous situation! Never about his love for her, her position in his life and vice versa! Just because i know Anandi does happen to loves her children, i will admit that she loves Nandini but her priorities are way too messed up! One can excuse if your aren't very possessive about your spouse or some other relative but it's looks very weird when a mother shows laid-back attitude towards her own children! Anandi's nobility looked okay when she forgave Jagya, Singhs, Gauri and even Saanchi but it looked weird when she forgave DB! That lady had made active efforts to harm her child and yet Anandi was ready to forgive her and let her stay in KB! Not to mention, she actually advised her kid to please DB than stay away from her and always be observant about her actions! It's one thing to not instigate your child with negativity but totally another to allow a harmful individual to be near the child and let him face her! That's not the kind of lesson a parent needs/should teach their kids! Her mistake regarding Nandini was her lack of proper planning and intelligence rather than her lack of concern or love for Nandini! Nevertheless, it was another shocking example to come from a woman who not only claims to love her child but also happens to be well-experienced in her field of work! While any normal mother would have never chosen her agenda over her child's safety, the least Anandi could do was not take Nandini with her to that place! If Nandini's safety comes at the cost of delay then be it! It doesn't look like such a heavy price to pay for a mother!
Yet again Anandi showed her laid back attitude when she refused to say the truth to Shivam and Nandini even though she could clearly see the affect of her own decisions! Let's give her some benefit of doubt when she decided to listen to Mangala simply because that woman knew Nimboli more than she but when she could clearly see that let'-hide-truth-from-kids is not only affecting Nandini but even spoiling her relationship with Shivam, she could have told the truth! This all can make any person question the depth of Anandi's love for her children specially when the other mother is going to such desperate attempts in name of same love!

Harki did not castigate Kamli just because she is a girl child as people in that atmosphere generally do so. That itself surprised me. She tried to fight for Kamli until she felt Kamli is adamant about her love.

Mangala loved both Nimboli and Kamli equally. It is a love coming out of compassion and her own capacity to love. What made her to go for Nimboli only suddenly? She knew that Kamli fell out of favour with her own parents and she is as dispensable for them as Nimboli.

Anandi respects Mangala's love for Nimboli but not her lies. It is desperation but the desperation has started to harm Nimboli and her future.

For anandi, Nimboli is more responsibility now as she has guilt feelings. She wants Nimboli to get education and know her father. All these things are not possible with Nimboli living with Mangala under conditions. Mangla's love has become conditional.

As Missesha pointed out sometimes mother's love for son makes her hate her daughter in law.

There are different kinds of love. Unless love is reigned in just like hate should be reigned in, things can go wrong drastically.

Food is necessary for nourishment but if one indulges, then one become obese and get health problems.

Alcohol is ok as long as it is consumed limitedly but it one becomes addict, ithere is danger of becoming alcoholic leading to all sorts of issues.
