How can the voting lines be closed????

I am really confused and upset regarding this and please dont ask me to post it in helpdesk coz i know no one will answer there.

I jus went to the site of Indian Telly Awards for voting for Rajat and PRC..an look wat i see..

"Voting for the Indian Telly Awards 2007 has been closed on 13th October 2007

The Awards are being held at the Chitrakut Grounds, Andheri West, Mumbai on 16th November 2007 8:00pm onwards...so be there to check out who has Won"

Till yesterday i was voting..and my votes were being confirmed..and registered..and counted..and today i'm told that the voting hs been closed

Itz really painful...i jus cant express how i'm feeling rite now. Last year too i missed...i got the information so late..voting lines had been closed n Rajat lost...and this year too the same thing has happened....

itz really unfair..no body advertised it on a large scale...the website should make it more popular

I really am in tears..i feel so horrible 😭 😭

I jus hope he wins...he really deserves to be awarded for his hard work, for his sweat

I still cant understand how can the voting lines be closed on 13 Oct 2007 wen the nominations were closed on 17 Oct 2007. 😕

At another place the site mentions that the nominations were closed on 3 Sept 2007. 😕 😕

Watz all this?? Why the site be more clear abt all this?? This is the question of awards...which come only ONCE in a year.

yes, Arshit...i am talking abt the one regarding which i sent you a PM few dayz back..remember i started a thread clarifying abt awards...

there are like TWO awards..one is "Indian Television Academy Awards" we are voting in it for the last 1-2 months...n i dun know atz d last date...i voted again today!

but "Indian Telly Awards"...i came to know abt Rajat's nomination in them in Nov only..then how cud i possibly vote in Oct...

besides, not many ppl talked abt them on the forum..or even thru PMs....
