It was never meant to happen. Cvs always trying for sharam only and this surrogacy through Xena is thier way to achieve their goal. If shanoj happens then xena will loose importance in ishra life.
To continue the surrogacy, cv's temporarily made Shanoj. As u said it was never meant to happen. So now cv's paved the way to make her grant re entry in RKB life
