Deepika Padukone, who had been shooting for her Hollywood flick XXX: The Return of Xander Cage in Montreal and LA for some time now, recently headed home to Mumbai. One of the first things that Dippy did on her return, was, quite surprisingly, meet up with her ex and Tamasha co-star, Ranbir Kapoor. This raised a lot of eyebrows as to why the hushed and rushed meeting with the recently heart-broken Kapoor lad.
Well, anyways, Deepika continued with her vacation and made the most of it by attending a lovely wedding in Sri Lanka along with alleged boyfriend Ranveer Singh. The two were seen posing for pictures and also shaking a leg together.
In the midst of all this, the mystery behind the Deepika-Ranbir rendezvous has apparently been solved. A leading daily reports that Deepika and Ranbir are to embark on a new project together. That's right, you may very well be seeing your favorite on-screen couple, the SRK-Kajol of today's times, once again on the big screen, if all goes well. The two stars apparently met up to discuss the movie before they could give their nods of approval.
Well, the details of the film are not known as of yet, but we sure are excited to know more. Let us wait and watch how this one unfolds!
