Gangaa: Ganga (Aditi Sharma) blames herself for Niru's heart attack

The upcoming episode will show that Sagar insults Niru and Madhvi in front of all.

And accuses them to be dual faced and announces that Ganga is his wife.

Niru is shattered seeing his son like this and couldn't bear this insult.

Niru gets unwell and goes through heart attack, Madhvi rushes Niru to hospital.
