Never ending story about Ranveers background and still trying to proof that he didnt struggle to get launched by yrf. No one is denying that he comes from a wealthy family. And the story that his father paid 10cr 😆 is still a rumour which Ranveer still mentiones when they ask him which is the most upsetting rumour that was written about him even i dont think that YRF needs 10cr. Even PC laughed about that as she heard this.
He still made it on his own through the friends he met at parties or working at the advertisment. Being the cousin of Sonam doesnt mean she will help him and well even she never worked with YRF how is it possible that she makes it possible for Ranveer. And the girl who casted him was doing it as a part-time job to help a friend because she knows so many people but her finding Ranveer and the success afterward YRF signed her as a Casting-agent.

So Id rather believe this than some old gossip or made up stories of people who only hears that he is rich and is a distant relative of Sonam. They are so distant from mothers side that Sonam even said that she can get cast in a movie with Ranveer.

No doubt he is rich and he has degree to fall back but even then no doubt he is struggled and worked hard .

His background doesn't really matter; His good work is all that matters, and yeah, the fact that he makes my DP the happiest person on this planet ^^

I use to think Ranveer was your average Joe from a poor or middle class family by the way he portrayed himself in the media.

He may be a nice guy but definitely he tries to hide his background. He is very rich and comes from an influential family. He is also related to Sonam. He's no SRK who slept on the streets and struggled so much before becoming the badshah of bollywood.

I have a hard time believing the 10cr bit because for a large production company like YRF that is chum change. But the fact is due to his background and his relatives he knew people that other outsiders didn't and had better networking options. He may not have had it easy like Hrithik or Ranbir but I doubt he struggled like SRK or Akshay.
