as we all knw when shagun was negative she did many horrible thing which list goes on of bad things.. after leaving ashok she wanted to seperate ishra nd wanted back raman ...
when shagun realised that she cant destroy raman nd ishita through her negative nature from that day onwards she put the mask of snow white bcz she also knw that if she acts good for long time in front of ishra nd family ...it will b easy for her to destroy them..( in name of surrogacy) as no 1 will doubt her
