My theory is different ...I think after reading the message she was confused . Probably would have been thinking of the pros and cons of going after the truth...wary of the results if she tried and then decided to go on with the divorce anyway because of the promise or because she couldnt take it anymore.But then when they entered the family court , the way Bihan asked her to give him a chance and the way he signed those papers, she was affected...subconsciously she never wanted to leave him but wants to keep the promise made on his life. She decided that Bihan had been her culprit for long enough and it is time she knew the truth of everything and she doesnt sign??

Maybe she plans to confess about the divorce the day the marriage truth breaks but she would be too much in love by then? but Bihan comes to know of her plan in some way and would be too heartbroken and angry (I hate it when he is angry at Thapki but this can be justified I suppose)
