It is not necessary to use Singh,Chatty.. In my family only my sister & me use the Thakur.. The un-wed girls' use it 😕 😕 😕 .. TOOO confusinggg.. I am very confused myself 😆 .. But,my Dad,Mum & allll have Singh as their sur-names.. Before,Marriage,Mum's sur-name was Sisodia 😊
