He is taking action to stop her emailing him which according to her lawyer went on right to February and only stopped post the court order .
He also approached the court because of all the gossip and blinds printed by her pr over this time . You people think that she had no connection with all that news and gossip ? He has taken out the court order to stop all insinuations , allegations and contact and has every right to do so.
Kangana went public with the court order , came out with a garbage story , now brings in Sussanne , Shweta , Aamir khan . Is anyone left ? Deepika didn't face even a 1/3 if this . Hrithik was also silent for 2 yrs but this dumbass didn't get the message. In fact if anything Hrithik has done the industry a favour . When asked about DP at the event she was actually sensible .

as for the Deepika issue, watch her interview with Rajeev Masand, its pretty clear what she meant, she says that Deepika and she who were in touch through phone could have easily called her up to pass on her compliments, instead she played it to the gallery by giving that speech...

Look I'm not defending hrithik blindly, I dunno what exactly happened between them. Maybe they had an affair while he was still married or right after his separation from his wife, the timeline is hazy right now. But what happened privately between two consenting adults shouldn't be made public. Like I said it was all over media how Hrithik was doing A3, only the heroine kept changing from Sonam to Kangana to Parineeti. When Kangana took that jibe about silly exes it was quite obvious she was talking about Hrithik. Hrithik took offense cos she had no business talking about their private life in public. I'm glad he's taking the legal route cos it justifies his stance and calls her out on her numerous publicity antics.

So you are glad they are washing their dirty laundry in public? Nobody even cared when she gave that silly ex comment until he twitted the pope thing and confirm she was referring to him. He could have kept silent. I didn't expect Hrithik to do such foolish thing. He always came across as level headed & classy guy. But this whole scenario changed not only my perception towards him but whole lot of others.
