I take this show as a fiction, i never really dig deep into how much truth there is in the mythology here, because as i hail from a different religion its none of my business.
The episode yesterday was beautiful. I can only say that it is very difficult write a long and well etched essay on how much i adore Ram, i respect the character and how well has Ashish kept the character so larger than life and yet so much simple.

My eyes turned teary when Ram confronted Kalkeyi and Kalkeyi asked him to fulfill the promise, the disastrous sacrifice in the name of promise and maryada of this Raghu kul . The sorrow, the moment of silence , the mere dis belief, and still that proud and happy gesture of having the fortune to fulfill his mother's order was such a glorified sequence. He could not shed tears, he would not, but his softened and hurt eyes were heart breaking indeed.

The moment of the show, i loved it . I could not believe when Ram said yes to Kalkeyi with that smile, her heart was shattered, she could not see him being this good to her, she turned away her face, her eyes could not dare to look at Ram again, not at that state at least .

It takes a lot of courage to be the king of such an empire, may be it takes fortune too, but one needs a heart of gold, and only love to be such a beloved son and brother too.

Ashish is so subtle and mature as Ram, that when i remember watching Rangrasiya, i find it almost hard to believe that he played that arrogant, rude and tormented Rudra because as Ram he is just delivering his best performance ever.

I know that 14 years of vanwas will happen in future, but i just do not want it to happen anymore, i felt that silence of Ram after hearing this was just so heart breaking .

I enjoyed ur posts in RR forum😃
Yes he was just brilliant
Rudra and Ram just share R letter
Otherwise contrast roles
Ashish shines in both
That's how versatile he is

DexterRocks I used to be a huge fan of your posts in RR forum..
Was a silent reader that time
No one could have described Rudra better than you, not even RR CVs

Ashish breathed life into Rudra and now is doing the same with Ram ... Be it looks, body language or voice , he transformed everything... Sply his eyes.. Rudra's eyes had angst but Ram's eyes are calm and serene ...

Awesome post, Dexter. Unlike you being from the same religion I am still not a fan of mythological shows. It is Ashish who dragged me to this show. Now I am addicted to it.

Indeed yesterday's and today's RAM scenes were very heart-wrenching. Ashish has done this so beautifully .

The way how Ashish transforms to the character is beyond words. He has in all sense transformed to RAM. Those who has watched the rude, arrogant Rudra Pratap Ranawath will be mesmerised to see the so calm and compose RAM. Ashish is really unique. Now eagerly waiting to see his vanwas performance.

SKR team is very well casted. All are doing each ones part very well. Siya Ke Ram ROCKS!!!

Beautifully written. Yes he is such a fabulous actor. And his eyes speak so much without saying a word. The episode was powerful. And his expressions...my heart broke. If I were in any capacity with someone like that, I'd do anything but hurt him, because somehow he is the kind that you will end up hurting much more by hurting him. I would have done anything at that time to take away the hurt from him. I mean...this is a TV show, but it affected me so deeply. I wanted to do something, anything to take away the hurt.
