I wonder

Do everyone go through this feeling? Being so depressed and numb? Everything is a mess. You feel sick. But can't really figure about what causing you so much pain?

Do anyone actually feel this? How do this go away?

This is life and its pretty normal.being sad/happy/feeling lonely /missing your loved ones and friends
How it go away?well if u over think its not work it,let it go and meditate alot.try to read books. Books are great friends also indulge urself in good hobby. I usually bake or start handwork or puzzle games whenever I feel sad

I have it all the time but it's mainly because of other problems I'm having it sucks honestly.

I am having this since a few days. It was never there for so long but this time it doesn't seems to go away

Ya I do. Its a struggle trying to lift your spirits when u down. But at the end of the day these are the moments when u start counting on yourself. It also makes u realize who your true friends are. So when u happy u spread unhappiness but dnt learn anything bt when u unhappy u learn numerous lessons. U just got to take each day as it comes and know there is always light at the end of the tunnel. And u always know what is the problem but u at certain times just want to hide away from it hence u get sick and blame everything else

Yeah it's normal I guess. You can never be just happy or sad or neutral for too long. Sometimes you're sad for no reason.. But this too shall pass.

You need to focus on positive thoughts and actions and stop brooding on what is making you sad.
The more you allow yourself to feel sad, your sadness will deepen.

Everything has a positive and a negative... You need to focus on the positive.

You should not allow emotions or situations to control you, instead you should control them.

Sadness comes about when you lose faith.

Please calm down and try to figure out why you are feeling this way. The thing is not all of us can be happy all the time. Its nice to be in a good positive state of mind but sometimes life gets mundane and sometimes even bad things happen. So, it is perfectly normal to feel sad sometimes. Its good to try to cheer yourself up but maybe also try to figure out why you are feeling this way. Maybe something bad happened that you registered sub-consciously but didn't consciously really pay heed to or grieve for. Or maybe its just that you are bored. Or it could be something more severe like a depression. In that case, try to get some professional help.

Yes, it happens to me too sometimes, and it's so annoying and disturbing. You don't even know why you are sad :/
Anyway, don't worry. This will pass too :)

This happens to me most of the time. Previously i did not seem to realise what caused this but the only solution i came through was to be with friends and go out on a party or just be witj your close friend ... or maybe cry alot 😆 .That helps me...
