Vinti is leaving for personal family reasosns and its not right to put any pressure on her... Her mom is sick n she wants to be with her. We should respect that.

the msg was to not replace her and send Nandu away for a little while... to just give her some time out so that she can come back as Nandu once her Mom is okay...
