I liked the first two episodes. Glad to know it's a finite show ... I will be watching more.

I do like the idea of woman and her passion in following her dreams.

The cast is also good and as long as this show does not turn into another Saas Bahu tug of war, it should be interesting to see how Dhara will balance both her love for cricket and her wishes of her family to get married.

good start, i hope they will remain its essence and will not make it routine ..and as we know it is a finite show so hope they will end it at appropriate time and will not drag .. 😊

Very glad to see that it is a finite show. No dragging and not much saas bahu crap hopefully I dnt like the MIL already. Started watching from the 2nd 2nd episode. It been good so far, not bad at all and with each episode it gets better. Very realistic and loving dhare and her family. 1 thing the lead character the character presumable should be over 20 however no offence bt the actress looks like she could be in her late 40. Bt she acts ok and seems to have built up some muscle for the show. Also her features are very similar to the actress in mere agne mein

It is different from other shows. I hope the creatives don't screw up the characters.

Good post Stephy.

I too like the show so far. And the double standard of treating boys and girls differently is getting old in this day and age.

Women have great careers in sports and should be encouraged.

But the obsession we have that a woman is not complete without marriage has always irked me.

Dharaa's grandmother has an eye to see in her grand-daughter that she has a "Junoon" for playing Cricket but does not see fit to give her a chance to show if she can succeed in following her dream.

And getting her ready to be a good wife she spends all her time in teaching her... when she does not know if she will be a good wife with the resentment she will feel in trying to be a good wife ,especially after giving up her passion to play Cricket.

And the guy that came to see her was definitely spineless but I have a feeling seeing his mother, that they will be around for some time.

I hope Dharaa does not give up her dream for a man like him.

I wish in Dhara's room along with Sachin pic. They should have put pic of top 2 women cricketers of India.Because the show is about a Women Cricketer and her struggle to achieve her dreams.

The first epi of show was awesome someways it was insuperable too...
I like that first time on Indian television we were going to watch a serial of a girl who is passionate about cricket. She feels like bat and ball are the parts of her hand.In her family only her father supports her for cricket where her grand mother and mother wants that she leave playing cricket and get married to a boy came from Mumbai with his family...
