right after marriage when dadi told abhi and pragya that she will sent them on a honeymoon...abhi said to pragya that he will make her life a living hell...it was in the beginning...but when he realized that he was in love with her...both of their lives have become basically ...a living hell...

Love is supposed to make people happy. Ekta's makes it point to show love makes people's lives hell. No one is happy. It makes people become dumb. This is definitely Ekta's brand of love.

Isn't Ekta single? Shrewd lady. Not in love, not married but making tons of money on love and marriage.

Are we going to say Shabbo is not happy in love because he plays Abhi who is never happy in love? Nahi na?

I don;t know about Sriti, other actors, CV, EK's love life etc.. but they all are contributing to this soap for what it is.. I don't think EK or anyone's personal life or beliefs are shown here.. It's pure business. this stuff sells. KB is no. 1 on charts.. May be some of the audience who enjoy this are never in love and have only seen pain!

And EK as a woman is no nonsense and gutsy. She is nothing like Pragya or Tannu.. So I don't think soap compares to her personal life.. moreover she is a producer not a story writer.

I don't think linking actors lives to characters lives is relevant here at all because it's not about them. It's an on opinion on how love is shown in Ekta's shows, not necessarily KKB. She definitely has her brand of love in her shows that's quite unique. It quite common to look at the producer's life and see what they have in common with the shows they are generating! And Ekta is quite hands on with her productions even if she's not a script writer. I do find it incredible for a single woman to dish out such high grossing shows on love/marriage year after year!!

It's a formula that once worked and she churns out the same thing again and again. Like Coca Cola bottles and models change from time to time, she changes actors, jodis etc.
Believe me I watched another show before this and the plot was no different at all. Same MU marriage, husband who never knows any truth, wife doing drama to help him, villains working to keep them apart...

I believe Ekta repeats the track in all her shows. This same pregnancy track was shown in MATH also.. and the kidnapping track was also shown in Kalash. The leads never unite in EK shows. And the lead marrying someone else before uniting is very common.

The only differnce I see is this soap is even more stretched than other soaps. I don't know if this holds the highest time taken for leads to unite and third wheel mess to solve.. Someone who has knowledge please tell us if KB indeed holds the record.

i don't think Ekta is trying to show love makes dumb.. Pragya's life is not hell.. she got more than what she asked in past.. it's just that they r suffering becz of their wrong decision.. they had choices but they failed to take right decision.
