hai. 😊 I am new to KD forum. But I watched almost all episodes from starting. But missed some recently. I have a doubt.

Why is aryan thinking Aradya has some cancer?

And. Are aryan and aaru exchanged during their birth?

Is Aaryan tulsi son?and aaru Shashwat daughter?

Who is actually aryan father?

1.. aryan had some misconception by seeing cancer medicine which actually belong to kumudini (though falsely). He thought it belongs to aradhya.
2. most probably if the show runs a according to original series... still now kumudini is giving numerous hints about the exchange secret.
3. most probably.
4. Lord Krishna is his father (all actually don't know still now).
