Manohar slowly opens his eyes. He looks around confused. Slowly the events of yesterday comes back to him. He recalls his horror of learning that his pictures with Purvi are leaked to the media. he remembers the sharp searing pain he felt in his chest and then everything had gone black. Now here he was laying in a hosiptal room with tubes and needles stuck all over his body. His family would be so worried he thought. He reaches up for the buzzer but is unable to move his hands. He has no feelings in his body. Fear shoots through him. Was he paralyzed? Naahi, he thought. This cannot happen.
He struggles to get of the bed but cannot. He starts panicking. Please Lord, he prays, Help me. Unable to move he sinks back into the bed. His mind is in over drive. So many emotions are washing over him. Tears floods his eyes and they spill onto the pillow. Twinkle had done her level best to stop Purvi, so how could these photographs be leaked. Twinkle had sent Purvi to jail. His mind is a whirlwind of questions.
He thinks about his bahu and smiles. Twinkle was a blessing to his family. He is proud to have a daughter in law like her. He wishes he gets Twinkle as his bahu in every lifetime. He promises himself that he will always support her.
Just then the nurse comes in. She gets surprised seeing Manohar awake. She buzzes for the doctor. The doctor rushes inside and examines him.
"Mr. Sarna, How are you?"
Manohar is unable to respond. The doctor frowns and does a thorough assessment. He looks at the nurse and leaves. Manohar notices this interaction and gets worried.
The doctor calls Kunj and asks him to bring his family to the hospital. All are worried and rushes there.
"Doctor saab, How is my husband?" Usha questions.
"Mr. Sarna has suffered a massive heart attach due to which he had slipped into a coma. Now, he has regained consciousness but I fear that there are some complications."
"Please tell us clearly what you mean doctor." says an emotional Kunj.
"Upon examining Mr. Sarna, it is my medical opinion that he may have paralysis ,but at this point in time I cannot say until i conduct some more tests. But he is awake at the moment and you all can see him"
Kunj thanks the doctor and takes his mom and Bebe to see his dad. Manohar sees them and starts crying. Usha breaks down having seen him in this state. Kunj comes to him and asks, " Baba, Thum kaisae ho?"
Manohar is unable to respond. Usha cries and cries. Kunj sees his dad struggling and helps him sit up. Manohar looks around the room. He is searching for Twinkle but she is no where in sight. Why isn't she here he wonders. He wants to ask but the remembers he cannot speak. Usha begs him to say something and when he doesn't she starts cursing the day that Twinkle was born. She bad mouths Twinkle so much that Manohar is unable to hear it. He closes his eyes. Bebe admonishes Usha. "Usha, can't you see he is in distress? Leave all this now."
"Why should I? it is only beacuse of Twinkle that he is in this condition. I will never forgive that ladakee. She has brought nothing but trouble into our lives."
Manohar starts panting and fighting for breath. Kunj sees and gets worried. "Baba..."
The doctor rushes inside and asks them to leave. Manohar's condition is worsening. He starts turning blue. He slips back into unconsciousness. All get worried.
In the waiting area, all are panicked. Twinkle comes there just then. Usha sees her and flies at her in rage. "It's only because of you that my pati is in there. She is about to slap her but Kunj hold her hand. "Maaa... please this is not the time for this." Twinkle looks at Kunj but he does not look at her. She gets hurt and teary eyed. Suddenly, the doctor rushes outside and the attendants are seen wheeling Manohar into the Operating Theatre. All are shocked. Usha screams. Kunj runs behind the doctor.
"Doctor saab, kyaa ho rahaa hai?"
The doctor does not respond and goes into the theatre. The light goes on and the family sit impatiently. Twinkle is in a corner by herself crying. She prays, "Baba ji, please save dad. Nothing should happen to him. Take my life instead but please save baba." Kunj hears her but says nothing.
The doctor comes and says to Kunj, "Mr. Sarna is suffering from an aneurysm and needs an urgent blood transfusion in order for his life to be saved. See how quickly you all can arrange for the blood."
Kunj thanks the doctor and wonders how to get the blood. He prepares to donate the blood. He goes into the prep room but is informed that Manohar's blood type is a rare one. Manohar is AB negative.. Kunj is O positive. The family is worried as no one has this blood type and precious moments are slipping away. Then Bebe remembers that Twinkle is AB negative. She says to Kunj to speak to her once. Kunj refuses to see reason. Twinkle says, "Please Kunj, Let me save Baba."
Usha shouts and says, "You have done enough and now you won't do anything. Stay away from my pati and parivaar!"
"What are you saying Usha?" bebe asks. "only Twinkle can save Mano now. Forget all this and let her donate the blood. Kunj please say something."
Kunj stays silent and Twinkle cries. "Kunj please. Baba's life depends on me."
Kunj is broken and torn. He is hopping mad at Twinkle but his dad needs her. What should he do? Finally he gives in and asks Twinkle, "Please save Baba's life. Please donate the blood." Bebe gets relieved but Usha is still mad.
Preparations are made and Twinkle is wheeled into the room. She wishes Kunj is there with her as she is afraid of needles. But Kunj does not come. Twinkle closes her eyes and prays...

Sometime later Manohar opens his eyes and he's back in his hospital room. His family are standing there,with a relieved look on their faces.
The surgery was successful and he found that he could move his limbs again.He opened his moth and found his voice. "Usha rani?" She smiles at him.
"Kahaan hai Twinkle?"
The smile on Usha's face fade." You are asking about that girl? She is the reason you are here."
"Usha!" shouts Manohar. "You listen to me. Twinkle is the reason I am alive.The doctor told me she donated the blood. No one will say a word to my Bahu.!"
"But... Twinkle hid this matter from us."
"TWINKLE HID THE MATTER BECAUSE I ASKED HER TO. NO ONE WILL GO AGAINST ME." Manohar gets agitated. The doctor comes and says that he shouldn't be stressed. He asks them to leave. They do so. But Manohar is adamant and asks for Twinkle. The nurse says she will send her.
Twinkle comes and Usha is upset. Twinkle goes to see Manohar.
"Baba..."
he gives her ashivad. "I could not have asked for a better bahu. You are my pride and joy."
Twinkle cries. Bebe comes and says that Manohar is saying right. She asks Twinkle to come back home. Manaohar is shocked. " Kya?"
Bebe goes into detail about what happened and Manohar is shocked. He asks to see Kunj. Bebe calls him. Usha follows right behind.
"Kunj, i am disappointed in you. How could you let my bahu leave the house?"
"Baba..."
Kunj goes to his dad and breaks down. "Baba..."
Manohar takes Twinkle's hand and places it in Kunj's. "Please son, keep her happy always."
"Kunj looks at Twinkle's hand in his and cries. He hugs her, "Please forgive me baby. I reacted in a fit of anger. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me."
Twinkle places her finger over his lips, "Please don't say sorry to me Kunj. You reacted as any human being would. I can never be upset with you. I love You."
Kunj sucks in his breath,"I love you to Mrs.Twinkle Kunj Sarna. I will spend my lifetime rectifying my mistake. I swaer i will make this up to you."
Manohar smiles at his children...
