I thought at first she was a bit rude and mean, she didn't comfort Riddima when she found out about the adoption like Riddhima did for Anjali... but she did show some emotion, or whatever was her in capability when she advised Riddhima to take care of her mother... As for when she comforted Riddhima after she found out about the bet, I think she did it because she was guilty for Riddhima's condition and needed to be there for her sister.

She's an overall nice person, but because she doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve... she comes of as cold, mean or rude person. Some of things she did to Riddhima wasn't right but she does still care.

I don't think you can categorize Anjali in the good or bad person's list. She has shades of grey, which is more real.
