Kalpi tapped her fingers against her cheeks. The little gesture imitated the rhythms within her heart; noiseless yet very-very restless. Today was the first day after her brand new resolution, the one she'd taken for herself and her Raghav.
"Yes Raghav is mine and I am not losing him; at least not without a good fight" whenever her nerves started getting better of her, Kalpi remembered these words. This one line gave her strength and determination to act on the promises she'd given to Raghav. These words reminded her of the times when Raghav had refused to let go of her; he'd fought for her until she saw the truth. "And if I am truthful to myself, I was one stubborn girl. Don't worry Raghav I am your honeybee. I won't let go of you either" Kalpi smirked, shaking her head and sighed while allowing some of the tension to escape her.
"It's time to do it, for my first day of Melt Raghav' mission. Time to be my Raghav's honeybee" Kalpi thought, feeling and allowing herself to be more confident than before.
She took a look at the small packet on the dressing table in front of her and prepared herself for the soon-to-be encounter with "her flower", "her Raghav".

Five minutes later Kalpi had stepped out of her own make-up van and was now slowly making her way to Raghav's while doing what Raghav used to do before. She'd visited a temple in morning and was now distributing "Prasad" to the unit members. Someone teased her, "So you have taken up Raghav Sir's duty?" and Kalpi had chuckled in response.
"Yes, just trying to make my God happy" she'd replied sneakily glancing towards Raghav's van.
"His habits have really rubbed on you, isn't it?" One of her co-stars had commented, more like an observation than a question.
This had made Kalpi genuinely smile, "Yes, he has been my idol, since the time I started understanding things. I have to be like...him" she'd managed to murmur, now close to entering Raghav's van. Thinking one last time about the love she felt for Raghav and the promises she'd made to him, Kalpi prayed to Bappa and climbed into Raghav's make-up van.

With the fingers of his one hand curled and resting against his chin, Raghav watched "his honeybee", intrigued. "What is she doing? What is going through her mind now?" whatever reaction from Kalpi he was expecting, this was certainly something he could never have even imagined.
He'd known his honeybee to fight with him always. She should have been fighting with him, she should have been angry at him. Maybe she should have even snap at him sometimes; or give him a silent treatment at other times. "But this? Kalpi...don't make it harder for me; when all I want to do is take you in my arms" he sighed mentally looking at his "red-hot honeybee".
Kalpi was now in shoot's attire and wore a red dress which reached her mid-thighs. Not just the colour of dress but the dress itself was bringing out Kalpi's inner sexiness very well. Raghav's hands itched to touch Kalpi and all he could do was curl them into tight fists even as he tried hard to wear a neutral expression on his face.
He cleared his throat, eyed the contents in Kalpi's hand and spoke, "What are you doing here Kalpana?"
"What do you think I am doing here Mr.Singhania? Following the footsteps of my childhood idol of course" Kalpi responded with a tilt of her head and a slight smirk on her face. While Raghav had merely raised a brow questioningly in reply, refusing to let his lips utter one more word.
Kalpi had chuckled, "Oh let it be. I know you are Mr.Khadoos Singhania now, so you won't ask. Let me answer your unasked question myself." She walked closer to where Raghav was sitting and showed him the Prasad in her hand. "You see I had visited a temple this morning and prayed there, just like you used to do. I also brought Prasad for all our friends and unit members, just like you used to bring" she said now standing next to Raghav.
She whispered moving the forefinger of her right hand slowly on Raghav's cheeks, "And I...brought special Prasad for you...Raghav."
Raghav's breaths hitched, his eyes almost popping out. The feel of Kalpi's soft & lean finger on his skin, her husky & low voice, the beauty of her whole being so close to him. "Damn, can your tests be a little easy on this man Bappa?" Raghav prayed and hissed internally, gulping when he saw there was something different in Kalpi's eyes.
Unable to help himself, he gazed and searched deep into Kalpi's doe-shaped eyes; finding a plethora of emotions in them. "They are all for you Raghav" Kalpi pleaded in her heart, seeing that the love of her life was missing her just as much as she was missing him. "You're a jelly from inside Raghav; you can be-fool everyone around. But not me; not now certainly. I refuse to commit the same mistake twice Raghav, I miss this unhidden love in your eyes for me Raghav. I miss you, and I know that you are searching for a piece of me, inside my eyes right now. Maybe to have something to smile for at night? One day Raghav, I will make you break all the barriers in your eyes for me. One day your honeybee will make her flower completely hers. I love you Raghav and I miss you" after this silent monologue of her heart, Kalpi smiled.
She caressed Raghav's cheek with one hand, her eyes locked into his painful, thirsty and curious ones. Before her hand fell and raised again to feed Prasad to Raghav herself; her fingers lightly caressed his pink lips.
His eyes had widened, this time his reaction was uncontrolled and full of surprise. This little gesture of hers was enough to tell Raghav that his honeybee was on a mission. "And God save me, she is one stubborn lady! Raghav Singhania, you were wrong. Your honeybee is very much in a fight with you, like always. This time she wants...me? Oh well, damn. The only person in the whole world who is both your weakness and your strength, Kalpana Jadhav is on a mission to seduce you. I wonder how long will you last" Raghav thought, narrowing his eyes on Kalpi in a desperate effort to intimidate her. His little effort gained only yet another chuckle and a shake of head from Kalpi.
"Wish you a Very Good morning Mr.Singhania. This is your Prasad, for this morning" Kalpi said while feeding him the Prasad. Her soft lips replaced her hand soon on the rough skin of Raghav's cheek, inhaling his irresistible cologne at the same time.
Even as Kalpi's lips lingered on Raghav's cheeks for a little longer, his hands had raised on their own to touch her. It killed him, this little fight with his desire to touch Kalpi and enjoy her touch, almost killed him yet again from inside. Yet it was the touch of Kalpi's lips which had given him yet another life after a period of just existing for no reason. Raghav felt the pace of his heartbeats increase and he closed his eyes, in a feeble attempt to keep that moment as another beautiful memory with his honeybee.
He didn't know what the future held; he didn't know how long his perseverance will last. He didn't know if his efforts to give Kalpi a happiness she deserved according to him were strong enough. But he knew even if this little proximity with his honeybee was a good illusion; it was precious. "And Raghav Singhania will never disrespect this treasure. Never" thinking so, he had smiled, hiding it successfully before Kalpi's eyes could easily detect it.
She felt it nonetheless; his heart was too close to hers to not feel the sudden splurge of happiness within him. Kalpi saw that Raghav was now ready to hear the little piece of announcement she had to make; and this she announced: "This is my first day of MY MORNING-GIFTS for You" she said and satisfactorily smiled on seeing a scared & shocked expression on Raghav's face.
"Take care, Mr. Singhania" she turned, let her lips talk one last time before she walked outside Raghav's makeup van and away from him, for then.

AFTER THREE DAYS: -
Laying on his bed, Raghav stared at the ceiling dreamily, a small smile plastered on his face. "It must be a dream surely" he told himself. "How else would it explain that my honeybee comes to give me Prasad daily in the morning every day?" he thought, holding his cheek with one hand. "How else would It explain that she still cares for me; and how else would it explain this new look in honeybee's eyes? He wondered.
"Her eyes are so soft and strong at the same time when she looks at me. How else would it explain, her coming to have lunch with me daily, in my van; even when I am giving her a silent treatment?" Raghav thought and smiled, before a frown replaced that look. "But you will not be happy with me Kalpi, you won't be. But what do I tell my heart, what do I?" he closed his tired eyes pinching his nose.
"Oh Kalpi! Why do you have to fight with me every damn time? Why do you have to!" he screamed in the lonely confines of his bedroom.
"I cannot fight with you Kalpi, I cannot anymore" he said holding Kalpi's photo frame. "But" he smiled now, "Your face every morning still brightens my day; gives me a reason to sleep peacefully at last in night; and still gives me the illusion that you are mine. Thank You my honeybee. You may not be mine forever, but Raghav Singhania was and always will be only yours honeybee. Only yours my love" he said kissing Kalpi's photo frame, as his eyes relived the moment in morning when Kalpi had come to kiss him yet again.
She'd been giving him daily morning gifts of kisses since past three days, following his own footsteps. Raghav didn't want to admit but he did not mind those gifts at all. He admitted to himself that he was already getting addicted to his honeybee's lips and fingers on his cheeks. His brain already remembered the way Kalpi caressed his cheek and his stubble, sometimes his lips and placed the soft petals of her lips on him.
Every day he battled with himself to stop that grin from showing on his face, from opening his eyes lest the shine in them betrays the words on his lips. Every day he kept his lips sealed, afraid he'll let his heart speak instead of his mind. But he always allowed his heart to feel and enjoy those moments. The past three days had been the happiest Raghav had been since he'd made his decision known to Kalpi. He did not mind this happiness, but he was still afraid for his honeybee's happiness.
That night before Raghav went on a peaceful slumber with a smile on his face, he still resolved to give importance to his honeybee's happiness before his own. "You have to try harder Kalpana" he'd thought, "before you break Raghav Singhania's promise and resolve. I don't promise if I will allow you to succeed in your little fight; but I promise that I will enjoy every second, every minute, every hour and every day of it, honeybee; my honeybee."

There in the confines of her own bedroom, Kalpi was pacing biting her finger nails as she tried to think of more ways to win back her love. "It's Mission Melt Raghav' Kalpi; very tough. You have to think and try harder. Think, think, Kalpi..." She thought with a frown on her forehead, before snapping her fingers and getting hold of her cell phone.
She dialed a number and spoke urgently into her cell phone, "Hello Sapna. I want to meet you as soon as possible."
