Trina asked me to post the udate highlights, so here it is... enjoy 😳
First Riddhima and Armaan are able to stable Sumit's condition after which Sumit holds Ridz's hand and says - when she is around he forgets all his pains. Armaan watches jealously 😆 . Armaan stands outside and when Ridz comes out he is able to convince her to stay. 👏

In Gill's hospital, Naani, Shashank, Anjali and Riddhima have come to wish Paddy aunty Happy Diwali. Armaan had decorated the whole room with flowers and diya.👏👏 When Paddy aunty asks him why he had to do all that, Armaan says that the diya's light will go off after some time but this decoration will keep her eyes lit and that was far more beautiful than any diya in the world😉😛. Naani starts laughing, Armaan flirts with her too, saying that her smile was the most beautiful smile and he asked Naani to teach Meena Kumari😉😉 how to smile (Riddhima is watching him angrily😆).
Naani asks him to decide what is more beautiful her smile or Paddy's eyes.😉 Armaan hesitates and escapes the question by going to the corner of the room to get some medicine. Riddhima comes to him and asks him why he was doing this ... he simply says "To get married to you". Riddhima obviously does not believe him, but he watches her with innocent eyes.😳
He comes back to the side of the bed and hands the medicine to Paddy. As he announces his departure, Naani tells him to attend the Diwali celebration in Sanjeevani. Armaan agains flirts with her saying "Are aap jahaan jayengi wahaan main zaruur jaunga". 😉😆 Just before going he asks Riddhima in whispers whether she was coming to the celebration or what? Riddhima angrily retorts "what?". After that Armaan goes.😳

In the Locker Room:
Atul complains that even on a Diwali night they have to work😕. Sapna enters with a dress. Atul tells her that she wouldnt look good wearing a Doc coat under this dress 😆 😆 😆 Sapna says that she had got it for the Diwali celebrations in Sanjeevani. Riddhima enters and confirms the good news that they would be celebrating Diwali in Sanjeevani. Sapna asks Riddhima whether she got her dress or not. Ridz says she has.
Armaan comes saying - you girls dress up so much, but you cant change what is inside you. Ridz tells him to stop giving his opinions. She asks Atul whether he likes bombs or not. Atul says he doesnt like them.👏 Armaan asks why you are afraid of them. Atul says no, I dislike bombs. Armaan says "Jhooth kyun bol rahe ho, tumhe Anjali achi nahi lagti kya?" 😉😆
Atul blushes (you have to watch this... he looks chooooooo chweeet😳😳) 👏❤️
Ridz and Armaan now start bickering...
-you called my sis a bomb
-Atul have you seen a phuljhari
-Atul have you seen a blah blah (something yaar, forgot the name)
...
and on and on...
and at last ... huh !

Dhoni is not having medicine. Atul tries but Dhoni blackmails him with Dr. Anjali wala secret crush. Riddhima, at last, is able to make him have the medicine. Last mein, Dhoni gives Ridz a kiss which makes Armaan jealous again. 😆😉

In the terrace all the staff members are present. Atul meets Lovely who wants to give him a Happy Diwali hug. Atul runs Lovely behind him. Atul hides behind Armaan making Lovely jealous (Gay time 😆 )
Then Ridz and Anjie enter. Both guys watch on mesmerized. Armaan gestures Atul to make his move 😉 . Atul goes to Anjali and wishes her. Anjali is sweet with him, but doesnt make any moves. Atul tells her that she was looking tall "Heels pehen ke aayi ho kya?" 🤣 When he is about to give her a flower, she goes. He misses his chance 😕 ... (Kya Atul, itni der mein to plane bhi nikal jayegi yaar)
Armaan and Riddhima also get footage (needless to say 🤢 )
They fight which was cute after which Armaan smiles and says she looks prettier when she's angry.
Sapna serves Shubhankar sondesh and Keerthi tells Shubh about her apprehensions.
They have the aarti and after that Naani goes.
Atul stops all to burst crackers. He says it's enough. Riddhima agrees and challenges the boys for a game of antakshari.
After that Antakshari is tooo good.
Armaan and Atul were absolute show stealers. Lovely also sang "Hum to tere aashiq hai sadiyon purane" 😆 during which Atul hides himself behind his dupatta 🤣 🤣
Armaan sings the last song "Hum dil de chuke sanam" which makes Ridz uncomfortable.

After all this
they are back into their doc garbs
Keerthi assigns Anjali and Ridz to the general ward, Atul and Sapna to the ICU and Armaan to assist her. They all set out to their respective depts.
On their way to the Gen. ward Anjali tells Riddhima that he really doesnt like Atul staring at her "Aankhen phaad phaad ke".
Just then Dhoni's BP gets a heart attack (I think) and all hell breaks out.
Next week... the condition of the hell will be shown 😕
