Thousand years ago there was one language which was spoken all over India.It is Sanskrit.

Hinduism ki saari scriptures Sanskrit main baney.

Then India ki har prant main alag alag bhasaon ki janam hua.Sanskrit the mother language of all.

Wo hi Sanskrit ab sabhike liye asan na raha to kai sastragyaon ne Sanskrit scriptures ka anubad kiya apni apni languages main ,per anubaad hone ke sath sath kuch naye kahaniya bhi judte gaye jo ki original scriptures main nahin tha

Jaise ki Gilhari ka ramsetu main yogdan,Sita ji ka chaya roop kuch bahot weird stories bhi jud gaye.

Un stories ko bhi hum log hamari sastro ki kahani maan baithe.Kuch itne weird stories jo main likhna nahin chahta aur wo sab original Sanskrit main nahin hai.

To kya hame kya nutan kahaniyon ko alag se dekhna nahin chahiye ? Kya in naye kahaniyan kai sankaon ko janam diya ?

I don't have much knowledge about original Vedas nor do I understand Sanskrit. The stories you are talking about that were not in original scriptures, I have no clue about them either. The stories my mom used to narrate when I was a kid is all I know and that's what I always believed to be true. I don't have much knowledge about many Gods. Lord Shiva is one I follow and what o know about Him is through tv show DKDM and Shivpuran or through internet. So yeah can't say much.
