I don't like that raja is calling viplav not viplav bhaiya .shalu is the younger sister of viplav so raja should call him viplav bhaiya not viplav .I don't like this so I make this post to share my views with u guys

Not necessary..!!He must be around or more his age...n secondly some dont follow calling bhaiyya ...I kno its,about respect but that has to come from within...

Since both are shown to be modern young guys they call each other by their names. It is something which is common nowadays. I don't really feel that it is showing less of respect to the other rather it shows the spirit of camaraderie.

Its another matter that Raja is the most lowly villain .
