Okay so how amazing was today's episode? I actually enjoyed it. A bolt like this was needed in the story.
Last night after the precap I was torn between whether to support kunj or not. But after seeing how it all played out, I can say without a doubt that Kunj was right to react this way to a certain extent.
From the beginning of this episode we could see a very confused Kunj. And to add to all the drama he saw those creeps messing with his wife. That incident brought back the previous episode of those guys commenting upon twinkle to his mind. All this added to his existing confusion.
He is worried about her and this worry has now transformed into a kind of possessiveness which Kunj himself is failing to understand. He doesn't know why all this is affecting him so much because he is oblivious to even the idea of him falling in love with Twinkle. I think he keeps terming their relationship as just an agreement and not being the typical husband-wife equation because he is trying to convince himself that. He keeps pointing out the absence of love in their marriage because he needs to hold on to that idea with all his heart to be able to convince himself that he isn't in love.
The uneasiness he experienced when twinkle got into trouble shows us that the guy is indeed in love with her. He may not want to believe it and may have not even realised it but he is in love with his wife. And the anger and care in his eyes when he saw that dude pinning twinkle to the bed, the way he held on to her, as though shielding her from all the bad things in this world proves how important she has grown to him.
So naturally he is bound to lose his cool. Kunj was angry with Twinkle's choice. He was frustrated and tired of being in the dark about her actions. He was annoyed because she had put herself in danger but more than that he was simply scared of even the idea of anything bad happening to her or losing her. His outburst was backed by these emotions and ultimately he couldn't handle it and just let it all out.
He was in pain too. The events which took place equally hurt him if not more. The way he said it's done twinkle and moved to the car, wiping away his tears and hitting the steering in desperation gives it all away.
I for one believe his anger was totally justified but leaving twinkle just like that in the middle of the road after she went through such a horrific incident isn't done. Twinkle is strong, no doubt but such incidents can affect a person real hard and can even break them. She needed his presence if not support. Thinking from twinkle's POV, she cant fully be termed of being wrong. She was doing what she felt was needed to save her family's name. His family's name.
My heart broke seeing her stand quiet in front of him when he kept demanding answers from her. She couldn't tell him and yet she couldn't hide it from him. I get her silence. Kunj already shares a fragile relationship with his dad, she doesn't want to tamper that bond beyond repair. she doesnt want Kunj to think low of his father. being a head strong girl, she felt she could deal with the mess without having to involve kunj but this lead kunj to believe that Twinkle doesnt care about his opinion and feelings.
God I feel like smacking yuvi's head for all this is courtesy to him. Luthra as an outsider, what do you think of the human race? You surely cant be human.
But Kunj puttar, no matter how hard u try to deny it, you do care about her and will continue to do so no matter what.
