A sudden qn came to my mind wat if ishu is pregnent but before posting here thought to google it if der is any law which prevents to give capital punishment to a pregnent lady as a life is inside her so i thought it will be justificable if she can deliver n den bear d punishment, but i found a case wer lady SHABNAM n his lover given d punishment in may 2015 by supreme court for killing her family 7people, n she was pregnent n applied for a plea against her life sentence but SC rejected d plea by seeing d brutality by which dey killed her family even a 10 month child.
i m not supporting d punishment or opposing it in dis real case, but just thinking wat will be case in yhm if she is pregnent it might be possible d incident didnt occur as ishita should have d brain not to nose in others matter wen she is pregnent but if wont happen as she lost her baby due to her selflessness nature only.
so inspite of being pregnent(if she is pregnent)she will do d act, so wat do u think happens after her capital punishment,
1. will dey grant her n family plea to deliver her baby(i know ishita will demand to deliver as her part will remain wid d family)
2. if above one is happen den will raman let go ishita after getting d baby
3. what will be arrangment for her as i dont think she can be healthy in jail on dis condition so might dey relieve her for 9 months? n den hang her.
4. what if d plea rejected how cud ishita soul rest in peace(if she really hanged) knowing due to her mahanta her baby also lost life(but even in bus accident due to situation baby died but she was ok hope in dis time she feel d guilt )
