Polygamy?

I happened to watch this show recently and I saw that the lead couple were consummating the marriage. After consummation, the male lead and his sister - in- law indulge in love-making. Some posts on the forum suggest that he is the doppelganger of the male lead, but, that also means, it was the doppelganger who consummated with the female lead.

So, am I right? Or this has some other angle to it? If I am right, Gul Khan has introduced polygamy in another show of hers!

Everyone is assuming the guy who consummated with the lead is the actual husband and cos he was shown to be going for a meeting, the doppelgnger was introduced and he was shown to be romancing with the sister in law. Hopefully everything is confirmed soon.
