I haven't seen BoF but attempted to check it out for LMH. I never liked the BoF series much, I have a hard time liking a show if the heroine annoys me 😆
Ah I'm merely this enthusiastic because am on a kdrama spree at the moment due to holidays. Wanna just relax and float away into kdrama world 😆 I was just fortunate to start off with CH which totally kick started my enthusiasm.

He he he...great minds think alike 😉 I too take time to enjoy the hotness of the lead actors. I started off with anime/manga way back in 2008/2009 then came into jdrama and just a year or two back I began kdramas.

I do wanna check out King 2 Hearts and Dream High but haven't been able to get started on it. have u seen LMH's another drama called Faith?

I don't like dubbed versions either. I prefer the original voiced for the same reasons as you 😊 but my friends are too lazy to read the subs. 😆
That's the one I was talking about, BIG. It was his last kdrama on tv I think and it was pretty boring. GY was the only saving grace IMO but even so, he seemed pretty bored in that drama. I didn't get the same energy as CP in that one.

CH is awesome. I regret not having checked it out before, because its worth the repeat many times. I love such stories usually so CH has become one of my top favs.
I'm having a hard time to get interested in another drama after that one.

yup! I have seen Secret Garden. I liked it because of the leads, they are pretty awesome and had great chemistry.

Hahahaha... I completely understand! I know quite a few who didn't like CP, frankly even I was skeptical after first two episodes but as I continued I enjoyed it more and more. It has its own charm I guess but its not a show everyone who enjoy since it's beauty lies in its simple story.

I think I should name this topic as LMH apoerciation thread 😆 So many Mino fans like me ❤️ I haven't checked out his other shows yet properly because I really don't want it to disappoint me and also because am too much in love with CH at the moment 😆
I keep hearing a lot about The Heirs, majority have given a negative response, which is surprising considering it has Park Shin Hye and Kim Woo Bin. But from what little I saw of it, its not my kind of show.

I had a hard time getting over that show. It was so good! The ending was a little all over the place but the actors totally make up for it! JCW has found a lifetime fan in me! 😆 The man is MULTITALENTED to the boot!
You should check out his interviews sometimes, he is really warm and friendly!
I agree about that! I really love how they never prolong any sort of issue in their relationship, they have such a good communication and trust between them which is quite rare in any show, of any language. Even CH, IMO, suffered a bit due to the angst ridden phase of Lee yoon sueng and Nana's relationship later on. The whole "this is too dangerous, I'm too dangerous for you" and "I'll hurt you to protect you" plot gets tiring after a while in many shows.

I know KMHM, wasnt sure about checking it out. But which show is MLFAS? 😕 Is it My love from another star?

so yes...in my 28 years of life till 3 months back,i hv been a person who ws ONLY into hindi serials n hindi films since childhood..!! i never evn paid much attention to my mother tongue(malayalam)ke shows n films..!! i alwz thought i dnt hv ny need to move to any other category of shows..!! i ws happy n content with desi shows n films n ofcourse my ETERNAL 7 ROCKSTARS(5 hindi tv actors n 2 bollywood actors)...tht ws me till sep 2015..!!

bt then 3 months back,when the absence of one of fav heros frm tht eternal 7 started affectin me big time...i thought of hvin SOME DISTRACTION..!! though i ws watchin 5 desi shows then..bt nothin ws workin for me...all i end up bein sulky missin him..!! its not tht i ws facin such absence of my fav stars/chars..!! bt somehow this absence ws started gettin beyond my control...!!

so on sep 13 midnight,i took the MOST MOST RANDOM DECISION of my life...n its really really OUT OF THE BLUE...i still donno wht made me took this decision then..bt am glad i did..!! n tht ws to try KOREAN DRAMA..!! it alwz used to fascinate me tht hw non indians can go gaga over our desi shows...!! bt nw i knw how aftr 3 months coz in a similar way am LATTOO on k dramas despite being an Indian..!!

so on sep 13,i decided i will try watchin a korean drama...n i chkd some lists-n the name playful kiss caught my attention..!! so i thought i would watch tht show..i really thought i would watch 1 or 2 epis n baat khatam...😆...also watchin shows ol is never a thing for me..!! bt nw korean dramas broke tht tradition of mine too coz nw tv kam online pe shows zyada dekhti hoon..😆..

nywz back to playful kiss...i had difficulty in first 10 min..as managin evrythin ws lil tough-watchin subtitles,then chkin expression of actor n all...!! bt post tht...by the time first epi ended,i got comfortable n i decided i would see 2nd epi too...😆😆...n when 2nd epi got over,i ws lik now this is good n i should see more n i ended up seein FULL SHOW at a stretch sacrificin my sleep..😆😆...though am usually a person who sleep less,bt k dramas hv LITERALLY givn me so many sleepless nights in these 3 months..😆😆...

so when playful kiss got over,i decided i should get more taste of this wonder land..!! n best part ws i ws surprised at the level of my involvment...i usually cry watchin shows/films..bt i never thought i would do same for a show i solely understand on subtitles..!! bt i cried at few places for "playful kiss" n thts when i realised-when u can connect to feels of chars,then language is no barrier...😊😊...so playful kiss inspired me to watch more shows n its one of my fav shows till date n Kim Hyung Joong oppa is one of my fav 9 korean drama actors n he will be spl to me alwz as hes the first korean actor i bcame fan of...😳😳

Post "playful kiss" i saw my next show Personal Taste...i liked tht show too...Lee Min Ho ws good...bt din impress me much lik Kim Hyung Joong did..!!

Nw comes my 3rd show n thts MY ETERNAL FAV...THE BESTEST KOREAN DRAMA I SAW TILL DATE...THE ONE N ONLY.. COFFEE PRINCE......theres NOTHING lik COFFEE PRINCE..!! the bestest korean drama n one of the best shows i came across in all languages..!!
I hv watched tht show SO MANY TIMES by nw...Its the only show i rewatched so many times..!! Gong Yoo OPPA instantly bcame my fav...!! n Yoon Eun Hye is the ONLY actress i bcame fan till date..!! The chemistry b/w GY n YEH is TOP CLASS..!! the confession scene-where he said he dnt care if eun chan is guy or alien-damn THT WAS THE MOMENT i ws FOREVER SLAYED by Han Gyul,Gong Yoo,Coffee Prince...!! BEST CONFESSION...!! n another best part ws the show maintained BALANCE b/w leads..!! also the probs b/w them ws mainly related to them n they TALKED too to sort out..!! one of the bestest love stories for me it ws of Han Gyul n Eun Chan..!! After falling in epic obsession wala love with Coffee Prince,i knw i hv TOTALLY bcame addict for korean dramas FOREVER..!! n by the time coffee prince got over,i literally stopped watchin all desi shows then(n tht ws another first for me😆)...

also by tht time i had also seen 3 korean films too...so to unleash my love for new found love for korean dramas esp Coffee Prince,i evn made my first topic in this forum 3 months back then

Fourthly, Aigooo! ❤️ ❤️ I never thought I'll meet another person who loved CP as much as me. I watched that show countless number of times to the point I think I have it memorized 😆
I never came across another show like CP till date, in any language. It will always remain special for me. I even tried to find CP DVD with English subs online which I rarely do for any movie/show.
Gong Yoo and Eun Hye, I love these two so so so much! I don't think I can find words to describe how much I love them. 😆
I spent weeks depressed that I'll never get my Han Gyul 😆


And lastly, am currently not watching any ongoing dramas and I usually don't because am far too impatient to wait every week.
I heard quite a bit about OMV and was thinking of watching it for So Ji Sub who I really adored in Master's Sun!
Which reminds me, can you suggest me any shows like Master's Sun, something hilarious and light? I need a break from getting emotionally attached to awesome shows 😆

so TRUST ME when i say DESPITE THT,its FUN trying ONGOING shows..!! u feel impatience ONLY on the day u finish watchin a particular epi...bt u can be back to normal the very next day..!! so i say WATCH OH MY VENUS if not other shows..!! Also bcoz i got madly addicted to SO JI SUB oppa,i watched Master's Sun n i found tht show just ok-ok..!! Came across this post in related topics and since there is mention of City hunter i am going to reply😆😳 I recently finished watching CH just 2 days back and i am in "Minmin" world Like u Rinnie even I was anti-LMH series simply bcoz of too much hype(although I did try to watch Heirs bcoz of its fame but I didnt like it so again didn't try to watch other LMH shows) but then i watched Healer and I loved it and I thought that nothing can match this drama but I wanted more romantic thrillers and almost everywhere city hunter is mentioned and since it also has PMY (whom I loved in Healer) I thought i shud give CH a chance and I am happy that I did⭐️ Nw that I did watch it...it is above healer for me in my ranking of romantic thrillers... I loved everything abt this drama it had nice mix of romance and action and love how they mix consequence of action scenes on leads romantic lives and Lee yoon sung and kim nana's banter⭐️😆 I ventured into k drama world in jan 2016 and I don't noe how i am going to come out of it. Before starting every series I am like this is going to be last but then that drama turns out to be good and I am greedy for one more drama...also my obsession increases if I love drama but the ending is not satisfactory like CH I am trying to satisfy myself my watching their MVs and offscreen masti (BTS)❤️😉
P.S: sorry abt my rant on CH...it's my latest obsession that's y😳😆
