You are right about the BD and if you see the episode a couple of times you will note that all scenes with Dhani in a chunni with the beads lining is with Mishal and the ones without the beads lining is with a BD. all her single shots are with the BD.
Mishal was sick and good that he made himself available for his shots . The change is the story line does seem a bit last minute so it cannot be helped.
If one looks at a bigger picture the point is that Both Eisha & Miashal were available doing their best and look very good with each other. Finger crossed.
