NCC-National Cadet Corps is an organization that recruits cadetss from schools/colleges and are trained in basic military service. It is not required to join the army.

I was a part of NCC till my school days, couldn't continue later becoz of impending study->job pressures😔.....many children in India join it😊

My Lance corporal (- the head of our team of cadets) wud lift his hand in air in "hail hitler" style and say" cadets yahan par ek stop lega! Sab paani piyega or phir chalega"
