I personally think that the whole MMS fiasco is not about Mahi or Twinkle. Because if we go by the exact dialogue twinkle said, she mentioned 'humari family'. before this I doubt Twinkle has referred to Mahi as her family. Probably that MMS is about someone in the family?

Also, Twinkle looked surprised when she saw Mahi and UV there! So may be the video is not sent by UV but someone else and it is related to someone in the family.

I want to be optimistic about the promo of pyaar ki jeet though!

P.S. Coz I personally don't want it to be either Mahi's (She already a trouble-maker with/without MMS) or Twinkle's(I don't want her to be ashamed of herself.)

Plus, if at all Twinkle is not Mahi doing this for MAhi alone the possibility of Twinj MU is low.
