The episode starts with Saro numbly coming out of police station. She is broken after hearing that Somu has been hanged already. She thinks how to tell family about his death. When she reaches home, Indira informs her about Nirjhara's illness and being taken to hospital. Saro rushes to hospital immediately with Indira. Dadaji cries seeing her, asks with concern where she was. Saro can't tell him about Somu. He tells her to meet doctor. Meanwhile, Tarika takes her away and shouts how dare she to return again. Saro says Somu is dead now so she can't frighten her for his life. She says bravely that now she'll protect somu's family from her evil eyes and will see how low she can stoop. Dadaji calls Saro as doctor has come. When she leaves Tarika calls Munna and informs that Saro knows that Somu is dead and she has threatened to destroy them. Munna says that Somu has eloped from jail and is alive. Tarika orders to find him soon and murder. Saro overhears that and becomes happy.
Doctor informs Saro that Nirjhara's condition isn't stable yet. Saro thinks she must expose Tarika and Munna in front of family. She is about to tell dadaji about their misdeeds but Tarika comes in time. She drags her away and asks what proof did she get to boast so much. Saro says she has their recording and will give it as proof to police and save somu. Tarika looks stunned and tensed. saro shows the camera she had fixed on dog's neck. It falls down and Tarika tries to pick it, but Saro catches her hand, picks camera and leaves. Tarika again calls Munna asking him to find Saro and kill her before she arrives police station.
Tarika taunts dadaji that Saro is so careless that she went out even after knowing Nirjhara's critical condition. Indira protests saying she must have got urgent work, else she'd be with Nirjhara. Right then saro calls her. Tarika snatches the mobile and goes aside. Saro informs being oblivious to that fact that Tarika is on line that Tarika brought imposter Munna and replaced him with somu to harm their family and she is tensed that she will try to do something with Nirjhara too. Tarika says that she has given her a good idea, now she'll see her maaji/Nirjhara as dead. Saro is appalled to hear this.

Precap: Tarika blackmails Saro that if she doesn't bring camera, she'll cut Nirjhara's oxygen supply.
