Anybody liked Anjana Anjani?

It flopped badly! But I did enjoy it- yes maybe it's the biasedness that it had my two fav actors at that time!

But genuinely I thought it was pretty good! Most people thought the story was shit, PC overacted!! I'm usually good at identifying PC's bad perfomances but am I the only who liked her in it? 😆

The story kept me interested till the end, not Itna cliched, it wasn't too sappy (case in point below) made me laugh lol and last but the not least Manish Malhotra's kapde are so LOVE And it has winter New York <33




PS- oh also yes love the names Aakash Kiara! So catchy lol

I loved this movie as well! I dont know why it just hit the spot for me. and that song...Tujhe Bhula Diya, Tu Na Jaane Aas Phass hai Khuda...such beautiful renditions!

Its not one of my fav rk movies but I do like it,I feel pc and rk make a really good pair, be it anjana anjani or my fav barfi n jhilmilThe acting was really good and some very nice moments were their also,be it hillarious or emotional.Its just I didnt feel the story was realistic,like a girl letting a boy enter her houseletting him sleep in the bed with herr so easily,and all that pact thing.When someone is in the mentality of doing suicide they do'nt normally do such things, a person tries to do suicide at extreme level of depression, itna sab hallagulla karneka mentality nahi rehta I guess tab.But its a cute movie😳And it also gives a good message that suicide is no solution,most of the times we feel our problems are so big and try to quit but if we look in a broader way so many people face much more pain than us but still live and respect life, like that cancer patient kiara's doctor showed in hospital😭

Inspite of the trashy storyline i've watched this movie many times just for the PC-RK's chemistry and of course its album , I love each and every song of the movie

It was a sensitive story, and I liked it. Plus as Shaitan-Haiwan said songs were beautiful.

RK looks very good with Priyanka, really though I hope RK gets back in track, he is a genuinely good talent, just lost with bad scripts.

I actually loved both PC and Ranbir in this one!

It's the best album of a film in the last decade! Even the less famous ones like Tumse hi Tumse, Hairat are beautiful- Vishal Shekhar did their absolute best!

Same for me! I thought both RK PC did a great job- the story was different & RK PC were cute together!! I can watch it anytime it comes on TV!! Except the part where I feel Kiara should've slapped Zayed's character once I have no regrets from the movie!! 😆

I actually like this movie too! it was fun and the underlying message (suicide is no answer) was good too. I've watched it so many times and always find it entertaining.

I so agree! I shipped PC RK so bad that time- they looked really cute together & were a riot offscreen! Now they are supposedly at loggerheads with no chances of working tog lol

I think the girl letting the boy in the bedroom is okay! It's actually a big deal in real life, Kiara was a girl from the US so it's kind of common there!

Yeah the suicide thing was wrong! But I think maybe that was what they wanted to show how for little things, people think they are depressed & want to commit suicide! Because there are two kinds of people IMO who actually go into depression, their mental state is so weak that they commit suicide while the other kind is who's getting some signs, who see suicide, and then at a drop of problem they think it's too hard to handle & go for it! I'm not expert at this but that's what I've seen! It's that moment when everything is going wrong in your life, and you take a choice! While for people who are suffering from depression they have no choice, unless they are treated!!

It's a very cute movie, I love how the girl is shown to be feminine but still messy! The guy is a rude prick, but still a prude lol! The movie had such funny scenes, even with the underlying serious message going around!!

The doctor was such a good actor too! That scene was very emotional!

yeah some scenes were hilarious like when they get stuck in the sea and mistake akash's boxers as shark;) and kiara doesn't let akash pee in the sea and in turn he refuses her in the car.oh no I so want a rk pc film they look really good together ;( I love pc as an actress. Since the fashion days.yes the movie gave a grt mssg tht suicide is not a solution no problem is worth dying for.And the songs were superb be it ass pas tujhe bhula diya or tumse Hi tumse hairat I feel good or the ankana anjani slow version track. That doctor lady also played rk's stepmom in yjhd n rs's mother radhabai in bm.I am forgetting her name but she is a grt actr. I love the scene where Kiara is drunk at the bridge n akash trying suicide.Its really funny

I thought I was the only one too 🤣 I used to feel weird when people trashed it, I was like is something wrong with my brain! 😆 I even liked the storyline, actually more than the storyline I liked unique scenes it had lol

I've watched it innumerable times & laugh on all the jokes even on repeat watches! I loved how the hero & heroine were so real, so imperfect!
