And I am back with the episode analysis, this time it is really an episode analysis. Should I make this regular? Or maybe not. I cannot tolerate SBS lol. After today's episode it's going to be back to SBS.
Thapki accepts the dare. Of course she will, she had to. Her heart was bleeding while making the Taj Mahal. Then it reached the breaking point. She couldn't take it anymore; she was not going to make a fake Taj Mahal of love. The memory of the broken Taj Mahal strengthened her resolve. She did not believe in the love anymore. She left it adhoora, symbolizing her adhoora pyar.
But as long as he is with her, she will never lose anything or in anything. How could he take her defeat? After all her defeat is his defeat, no it was more than that and so he, Bihan Pandey steps in completely oblivious of the significance of his actions. How can he let anything be adhoora for her?
Of course, this strikes the cord in two people while the other two remain oblivious. Dhruv must have thought back to the promise he made to Thapki, the dream of building a Taj Mahal together thus the anger at the person who unjustly took what was his right and Shradha she instantly recognizes the motive behind his actions though she cares nothing for it. Thapki is bewildered by his actions of course but she strikes it off adding another one to the list of his actions completely incomprehensive to her.
This is followed by Dhruv's acceptance of yet unchanged feelings he has for Thapki. I AM NOT BASHING THE ACTOR IN QUESTION HERE AND I DO NOT PERSONALLY CARE FOR ANY OF THE ACTORS. Ankit Bathala tried his level best to correctly show case the feelings of Dhruv, but he disappointed me. This isn't the first time I wished a better actor had played Dhruv. Monica Khanna said many things without even uttering a single dialogue throughout Dhruv's monologue through her expressions. The rage, unrequited love, hurt, disgust and all the other minute things played out vividly in her face. For me this Shruv scene takes the cake in the whole episode though Dhruv's inadequate expressions were a major put out. Now coming to the character Dhruv, its exactly as I said before, he is unable to move on and no one is letting him do the same. He is right in his place to ask for time but he is never granted the time.
My heart went for Shradha (not ignoring the fact that she is a murderous witch) She admitted to herself that she never thought it will pain her this much to here the truth from Dhruv telling us that she did care for Dhruv as his wife. Dhruv was right about one thing, it hurts to see your love with another and I felt like he was not just talking about Shradha but himself too. Dhruv also said that it was not Thapki but he who cannot move on that it was his fault. Glad that he acknowledges it. But sadly Shradha cannot take this fact for granted. To her Thapki is the sole reason for her unhappy marriage. I doubt it whether she has heard anything of Dhruv's words beyond the confession that Thapki is his first love. But that is how Shradha is and Dhruv's confession just doubled her hatred for Thapki.
Coming back to Thahaan. The level of comfort they have established is astonishing to say the least. They almost have normal conversations. They hear each other out and everything is almost normal between them that it seems not normal lol. The major wonder, the word DHOKA has completely disappeared. Anyone would have expected a lecture from Thapki to Bihan on how the events were the result of his wrong doings. But they are so past that now that Thapki doesn't even think of blaming him (I think she is more angry with dhruv than him now lol) and Bihan he is not even one bit guilty (maybe because he still hasn't understood it was about Tharuv lol) I thought Bihan was going to have a serious convo with Thapki but heck we got something even better lol. The scene was so good and Bihan telling Thapki that Gulabo is better than her was hilarious. And then finally Bihan actually has the brains to think of his own feelings. He thinks Shradha has gotten into his head. How stupid is he? He got the name of the woman wrong lol. Bihan is in love period. Glad that it is established now lol
I stick to the point that Thapki does not love Dhruv anymore. The way she said she lost belief in love it was like full stop, dot, and the end lol. Again I hate to compare this with SR but the same thing is happening here. Anyways Thapki's faith in love is to be renewed soon as she also clearly has something for Bihan in her heart. The luka- chupi thing is finally over as Bihan smells something fishy (Einstein!)
Precap- *facepalm* nothing will happen. Shradha going to say that it's the maid's clothes and Thapki or someone else will say that Thapki came to return it to the owner blah blah blah. Time to take a break from the show again for me!
