Part 38

She sat across him while biting her nails. Her head was surrounded with many thoughts. "Would you please stop it, Annie?" Rahul warned her. "Rahul..." She left a weak breath before leaning back on the chair with a despair look. "I am so worried...You know...whole week...Geet has not taken my call...either she is in bathroom, or is outside or sleeping... I am just dying with the worry out here and there, she is not even ready to answer me with a Yes or No..." She looked away. He held her outstretched hand that was placed on the table between and pulled it, making her look at himself. He had planned this dinner out to snatch some sweet moments with her before Maan's arrival and here she was busy worrying over nothing. Doesn't she know how hard it was to convince Roy and his mates to stay behind. "Annie, even if Geet Bhabhi knows it then there is nothing to worry...I have been telling you from sometime now that we should tell Maan about us..." Rahul inquired just to see her powerless. " I know... but...you know how Bhai is...how possessive he is about me...I wanted us to have time to know eachother...if he had known it by now, we would have been married" Her statement made Rahul to laugh out loud. "Now that would have been great...wouldn't it?" The naughtiness in his eyes made all earlier thoughts escape her mind as a blush rose up her cheeks in its full form. "Tell me..." He prompted by pulling her more closer, doing magic on her just through the fingers. And Annie Khurrana, who never was speechless infront of anyone was now looking for words to make her lips move who were now busy twitching onto eachother.

"Wow... Look at this pic... " Geet pointed out to another picture as Maan slipped beside her onto the bed after having a shower. He was smelling so fresh and that was enough distraction for her. "Hmm...Close it for now...we can go through it in detail after being back home." Closing the huge photoshoot album, he put that aside before turning to her. "Go and change...We need to leave early tomorrow... I have a meeting in office at 2. And its already 11...we should sleep" Maan said in a strict teacher like tone and pouting Geet gave him a look before getting up and went to her suit case to takeout her night wear.

Just 3 hours back, they got back to Shimla and after collecting the albums from Shruti's studio which was actually the same place where their photoshoot was done, they had checked in to the Redison. They have spend the 5 days exploring Rohru, Kufri and Chail. It was fun to do fishing, hiking and camping in the jungle with her. They had visited the museum and Gurdwara. Maan also took her to water park but than was reminded about her wish to learn swimming, making him remember their conversation around the pool months ago and his promise to make her learn it one day. Not to forget it again, he added the note in his to do list on mobile and followed Geet into the shallow pool. Beside this, Maan made sure that she had an amazing time as he also took her to river rafting on her insistence. All in all, the whole week was worth to miss on work. But now, its time too return back. He thought sadly as he opened the comforter and covered himself with it.


The knob of bathroom turned a few minutes later. "Geet, please switch off the lights" he requested while having his eyes closed. The lights were closed and a moment later, he felt her dipping in the bed at his back. Arm crawled around his waist as she moved closer and whispered in his ear, huskily. "What if...I am not in the mood to sleep". His close eyes opened instantly and he felt her smooth leg moving his trouser cuffs up his legs. Her hands clutched his tees and pulled it. Her lips left few soft kisses at his nape making him feel flutters. Grabbing her hand, he turned around just to see her face covered with the lush open hairs. That irked him. He wanted to see her face but the darkness and above the veil of her hairs were restricting him to have his fill. Moving up on his knees, he pulled her straight under himself first before pulling off the comforter. Wearing a loose black knee length chiffon nightwear, she was lying in all her dazzling mode. A shy blush was creeping up her cheeks. He was struck by her sheer beauty. Just kohl eyes, blushed cheeks and her feminine aura. She was the apt example of an innocent seductress. Letting her blushed cheeks and sculptured body explain her desires, she looked away from under the lashes unable to face his hooded gaze. And there, he let his eyes roam slowly on her frame, once again, making them aware of all the high and lows before his fingers took over the task. Starting from her face, he first made them push the soft hair strands away from her skin before rubbing his thumbs near her eyes, urging in silently to look back at himself. "Open them, Geet" her name sounded as a prayer on his lips as she slowly looked up and was trapped in the trans of his pitch black smouldering orbs. Her cheeks were caressed softly by his fingers as he let the moment lingered. Her taking the lead out here was something so fantasizing that he had not even dreamed off, yet she just did it. As usual, surprizing him. His gaze shifted down to the sparkling tiny stone that was now proudly gracing her nose. "Is it still hurting?" He inquired in a low tone while caressing her nostrils, just below the newly pierced nose region. On the redo wedding night, he had expressed his wish to see her nose pierced while taking off the big rounded nose ring. This, kind of made her look more graceful yet sexy. She had nodded that night unable to answer as his closeness, his actions made her spellbound but during the trip, when they were off to a bit shopping, she found a shop who claims to pierce the nose and ears without pain and she went in on her own, just to fulfill his wish. He was sitting right beside her when the woman marked the place with a pen and then seeing their clueless face, put on a fake small bead to show the expected outlook to which they approved. And now, she with the addition of that gold pin having a small diamond on it, was looking more of his.

He kissed the place making her get out from the thoughts before moving down to her chin and side of lips. The soft kisses totally took over her senses as her fingers clasped his strong shoulder blades, urging him to continue. "So intoxicating...I love this smell" He took a deep sniff in her neck before tracing the side with his nose tip. Her fingers caressed his hairs on the nape and scratched the place with her nails. He slipped his hands down before skimming in into her shirt only to hear her loud gasp. Her stomach clenched feeling his feathery light touch and in response, she pulled his head down into a deep kiss. Breaking apart, he looked at her breathless face. The yellow light of side lamps was making her skin glow while her eyes were shinning with deep love. "Take me..." She whispered a moment later cupping his face, giving such a fierce look that he had no other way just to go ahead. His fingers hiked and trek on the soft path of her skin before finally holding her softness. She moaned as his thumb caresses the area and the pulled off her shirt. She gripped the hem of his tees, helping him take it off as they both get in contact with eachother without having any hindrance. He was slow a moment and then eager the next. His hands kept her distracted while his kisses were doing another torture. Being well known to this art now, she made him feel equally pleasured with her soft pecks and touches before he finally took her, making her feel complete. If the result of my all hardships is this beautiful, I can go through them again just to fall in his arms at the end: were Geet's thoughts as she looked at his sleeping form before closing her eyes for the night.


They were back home and Maan left right away to attend his meeting even though, he was tired cause of continuous driving. Geet, who was though tired herself asked the servant to put the luggage away while she dipped into his i.e now their bed and slept right away.

Annie has to go out cause of an prior meeting arrangement and so missed to greet Maan Geet on arrival but as soon as the clients left, she made her way back home. Quickly running up the stairs, she peeked into Geet's room but she wasn't in. Then she stepped into Maan's room and found her sleeping cuddling the pillow. No matter how tensed she was, a smile lit up her face seeing the view. She always wanted to see Geet and her Bhai this carefree, happy and in love with eachother and this fact that Geet was here, in her brother's room sleeping even in his absence confirmed the any tiny bit of doubt she ever had. "They are so made for eachother...God" Annie looked up, holding hands to her chest as she prayed. "Keep them together...they so deserve happiness...this togetherness" Smiling fondly, she exited the room, went back to her on and pull down her side curtain of the connecting door, knowing, she never had to pull that up.

Maan got back home, tired, only to smell the sweetness in the air that instantly made him smile. He went towards the kitchen only to see her standing beside the oven, looking keenly into it. Looking around, making sure that no one is there to look over, he moved closer and brought her into his aching hands. "Ahh..." She shrieked but then instantly was turned around and silenced by his palm. "Kia yaar? You still flinch at my touch" he frowned fake just to see her pout. "I didn't flinch...I was just surprised" Moving her fingers up his chest, she entwined them at his back and pulled closer with a sweet smile. "Hmmm...Greet me..." He mummbled with naughtiness in his eyes as he moved her back, pushing her against the shelf. Her body felt goosebumps as he leaned in a placed a soft kiss on her cheek. "Missed me...?." He again whispered aginst her cheek, making them hot with blush. She just nodded in reply making him feel a certain kind of peace. Coming back home to someone is surly a bliss. Kissing her nose he took a deep exhausted breath before moving back, making her get comfortable. "What are you baking?" Grabbing a glass, he filled it with water before settling down to gulp it. "Red Velvet Cake" She said and checked the cake once again as the above grill was on to give the color and so, it needed constant supervision. "Hmm...I will go and change..." Geet nodded and saw him leave.

Annie caught up with him in the middle of the stairs and greeted him. "Bhai...Welcome back". She said and hugged him. "Thank you...how are you?" He inquired patting her head before moving up, loosing his tie. "I am good...umm...bhai...I need to tell you something" She said hesitantly, playing with her fingers. "Yeah...tell me.." He said putting off his coat as he had entered his room premesis and next loosed up his cuff buttons. "Woh...when you guys left, next day, Abhinav came to meet Geet..." And he stopped into his tracks before turned to look back at Annie. His body was not stiff but it was in the coldness in his eues that made Annie take a step back. "Then?" He inquired. "Roy was there but he was creating such a mess, I had to intervine...He still seems to have an illusion that Geet will get back to her...So I put him off and Roy and Rahul has also drawn up the restriction papers against him." She explained as she saw him settling down of bed rubbing his hand over his head. He had started to feel headache. "Why haven't you told me about it earlier?" He inquired. Somehow, he hated the fact that Annie had to get into this mess. "Bhai..." She was settled down next to him when he came out from his thought process. "You and Geet has finally settled in your life...how could I let something this ridiculous effect your happy moments...yeah...I know that you want me to not hide things, but see...I haven't hide it...just lingered the matter for the few days after being ensured that this is not gonna be a problem." She pouted and Maan couldn't help but pulled her in a side hug. "Annie...I know all you want and look for is my betterment...and you know, I love you for that" he expressed and that made her smile. "and...about last time...I also need to say Sorry to you ...I was harsh to you". And Annie pulled her brother in a tight hug. Though he seemed to be a tough man, but he was a softy in the heart.

"How cute is that...You both together just make me so jealous for not having any sibling" Leaning against the door, Geet said out loud making them break the hug with smiles. "Too bad...cause I have the best brother in the world..." Annie rose up her nose in a teasing manner making Maan giggle. "By the way, why are you keeping eyes on us...haan...I am not back biting about you" Annie said further standing up. "Hmmm...I just came to check on my husband" Geet said moving closer to Maan who just stretched his arm out to hold her. Annie's eyes popped out seeing the PDA. Geet winked at Maan making him laugh out loud seeing his sister expression before she joinned herself in. "God...To much sweetness...not good for me...I will skip on dessert tonight" Showing her tongue, Annie moved out from the room having smile on her face. "So...checking on your husband...haan?" Maan inquired as Geet looked down, finding the buttons on his shirt too attractive for now. "Someone was complaining about not being greeted well" She said opening the first button before moving to the next one. "Hmmm...and how are you planning to rectify the mistake?" He inquired dipping his head down as she smiled and looked up. Getting on her toes, she pulled the held shirt in between her fist, making him bend before pecking his lips.

After the dinner was done, Maan left to have his well deserved sleep while grabbing the tea cups, Geet and Annie settled themselves down into the tv lounge, hoping to catch up a good flick. "How was the vacation?" Annie inquired while going through the channels. "It was great...I...I have never feel so much pampered ever" Geet replied with a fond smile before taking a sip. Annie herself got a smile on hearing the happiness in her voice. Finally getting the Pretty Woman going on a channel, she stopped surfing and moved back grabbing her cup from the side. "Which cities you visited...Bhai kept the whole thing a surprise even from me" Annie winked. "No...he haven't...you knew about the photoshoot...now don't you" Geet asked. Annie frowned. "What photoshoot? Bhai did ask me if I know any good photographer in Shimla but nothing else beside it". And Geet's eyes shone up. She was excited now to reveal this surprise to Annie and so got up the next instant. "Two minutes...I will be back..." And she ran up the stairs to grab the album.

"Oh my God...really..." Annie gasped seeing the proposal pic that was also made as the cover photo of the album. "I never knew my bhai is such a romantic in heart" She said and gasped each time she saw any pic. "You both look so amazing here..." She pointed at the pic in the mirror where she is in her wedding attire. "I loved this one too..." Geet whispered from beside, totally loving to now have someone to share her feelings with, beside Maan. "I am jealous now" She said in the end while closing the album. Geet stroked her shoulder with hers making her "Ow..." "Don't worry...I will make sure that you and Rahul get an even better photoshoot album" and she winked, finally putting the cat out from the box. Annie's inkling proved true. "So you know". "Yeph...". "How..." and Geet explained her how she accidentally got to hear her conversation with Rahul after her fight with Maan and definitely skip the part that it was the same day, she confessed her love. "You told bhai?" and this time, she was scared. Geet held her cold hands in her before shaking her head. "No...I haven't...Annie, there are certain things that should be said by the specific people...this discussion is not for me and Maan to talk on...You should be the one to inform him" and Annie nodded. Doesn't she know it? but then, how can she muster up courage to say it. "I tried many times but everytime, bhai give me a look and I get cold feet..." Geet smiled at her statement and held her shoulders in support. "I know that look...but then, just get courage...say it and I know, he will understand...May be he will be brooding for a few days but ultimately he will accept it...". Annie nodded before looking at her with raised brow. "What do you mean...My bhai is not broody..." "I said may be...otherwise...he can also ban Rahul to enter in this house or to meet you..." and Annie's heart dipped as Geet took a pause. This was a possibility too. "Till your wedding". she nodded in trance but as soon as Geet's words and chuckled strike, she hit her arm. "Geet ki bachi...I will kill you for playing such pranks". Geet jumped up from the sofa and ran behind her to escape Annie's smacking who was now following her around the area. The easiness has returned in their friendship and was their to stay for the future.

Next: A small leap...some threatening calls and an accident.

Lovvvly part...i did not feel it like a filler part...neither found the part boring... enjoooyed rreading it...getting to see a new shy+bold geet and more importantly a more confident geet

Geet has indeed become bold now. I like that. She doesn't shy or hesitate and Maan is obviously ecstatic seeing her initiate intimacy.

This was surely not a boring part, it was really nice to see that Geet has opened up a lot with Maan she can express her desires openly and he is feeling her love now. She does not hold back her feeling and reciprocates his love and care for her.
Her feelings for Annie have also reached a new level they are no more just friends but sisters where there is ease in sharing each other's secrets without the fear of being judged. They both love each other and want happiness for one another too. Very nice update.
