Give chain of 4-5 flops and disasters and you still will get couple of more projects. Then get one semi hit or hit and you are back in the game.

bollywood is so kind, one needs to be special kind of stupid to fail here

this rule is for those who are either in BWood for decades or have strong links in bolly with some amount of talent...

for 1: Salman- after giving many disasters he bounced back with a queue of Superhits and BBs.. for that you need some amount of loyal following and some master plan like he decided to just go for Action-Masalas..
for 2: You have example of Ranbir.. despite of having disastrous 2 years he keeps on getting good offers... he has good amount of wasted talent ps links in bolly... he cant be written off unless he decides to...

Depends really. I don't think flops do much damage if the actor has done his/her job well enough in the films. For example Shahid has been able to sustain himself despite so many flops because he's not a bad actor, but the likes of Zayed Khan faded away.

Deepika bounced back after alot of flops.
Amrita Rao tried to comeback but failed.
Salman finally revived his career after a decade of crap.
Abbisekh, Vivek faded after a lot of flops.

It actually all depends on luck. Some are lucky to get their hands on good scripts and some arent.

I think along with luck it also depends on the kind of fan following you managed to create while giving hits.. Shahid had a loyal fan following who dod not give up hope that he would fonally take up a good script.. the same goes for Ranbir.. they managed to instill a faith in people that they have the talent and all they need is a good script

Vivek or Abhishek did not manage to make that kind of impact.. they were forgetable..

Abhinav Kashyap and south Indian film remakes brought Salman back.Otherwise his stardom was as good as Uday Chopra's. 🤣

wat BS...then why nt ask UC to do masala movies n make it BB if it is dat easy...n why mr deol full action packed ghayal didnt mde hun crore...atleast giv credit where it is due
