Manik's POV

Once we both descend from the heights of ecstasy, Nandini opens up her eyes, and gazes into my face in some unfathomable expression. Love? My returning expression is soft and tender. I stroke my nose up against hers; I give her a soft and gentle kiss on her lips, and slowly ease out of her. This is where I want to be all the time and this is part of what I've missed this I hate when we fight I hate to hide stuff from her I just can't let her go she is my life the love, the connection, the desire, unity, and oneness of it. "I've missed this" I say in a breathy whisper. "Me too" she whispers back in a confession. I can't imagine someone being in her, holding her, giving her what I want to give, kissing her... The thought of it just drives me crazy. I take a hold of her chin and kiss her deep and hard; a passionate and a beseeching kiss. Asking her to be mine and mine alone with my kiss. Asking her to not to leave me again. She reciprocates, and is breathless after our kiss. "Just the thought that you can leave me haunts me" I implore, begging her with my eyes, my face serious. "Manik I promise I will never leave you ever I have said hundred times just share with me trust me like I do please" she whispers and smiles at me. I search her face, and seeing that she too is serious, I smile back at her with relief and elation, and youthful delight. "I will I promise" I slowly peck on her lips again and again making her giggle "my favorite voice this is music to my ears" and she giggles again making me laugh I hold her close in my arms.

I wake up with the sudden jerk and look it is dark and then I feel her move closer to me maybe she is feeling little bit of cold I take a sigh and look how peaceful she looks when she is in my arms sleeping so serene I can keep looking at her like forever she is my everything. How to tell her that? She stirs a little and then looks at me "you are awake?" she asks I just smile "what's wrong manik?" she asks seeing my face the worry was spread clearly on it I just stare at her face for a minute and move my hand and caress her face slightly she takes a deep breath as she feels my touch "can I say something?" she says with closed eyes as if she was trying to compose her thoughts "anything baby" "What I feel for you frightens me" she whispers making me completely still.

This is exactly how I feel for her. In her presence, I lose reason. I care for nothing else, not even my own life. She's all I think about, all I care! Without her, life is a perpetual night, no light in sight. No hope. With her, I feel I can conquer the world. She's my biggest strength as well as my greatest weakness. "Me too baby" I say quietly acknowledging my own fears. "What if you leave me?" she asks in a small voice horrified. "I'm not going anywhere. I don't think I could ever leave you nandini you are my life, everything my day starts with the thought of you and ends with it, you are my life" It's not just that. Her presence relaxes me, centers me; as if I had been a lost planet, finally finding my sun. She turns to gaze at me. I have a serious but sincere expression on. I smile, and I reach up and tuck a strand of her hair behind her ear. "I've never felt the way I felt when I decided to leave and go away that moment I saw you sleeping it just pained that how my soul I was leaving behind. I would move heaven and earth to avoid feeling like that again" I confess sad and dazed remembering how my life shattered under my feet, and how everything looked bleak and life felt unbearable.

She kisses me again. With the elation she's in my arms, and the strength her kiss gives me "I LOVE YOU MANIK MALHOTRA I HAVE AND I ALWAYS WILL" she shouts and I laugh loudly "OHH BABY I LOVE YOU MORE" I shout even more and hug her tight I see slight tears formed on the side of her eyes I move and kiss them away "these are precious and you are not allowed to waste them" i kiss her eyes again, she just blushes. "oh yes I forgot to tell you mom invited us to dinner tonight" she looks up "really you went to your parents' house earlier?" I nod "okay we will go" she didn't ask any questions as of why I went there and anything I love how my girl just knows me and she knows I will tell her everything at the right time I kiss her again on her lips passionately she reciprocates it back "what is this for?" she asks "for being my girl" she giggles "ALWAYS" I smile "AND FOREVER" I replied to her.

We both were lost in each other when we heard someone knocked at the door "guys I totally love that you guys are enjoying your love encounter, make out, what so ever but other people also live in this house you see so KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN" said Alya or say almost shouted making us laugh "you guys really can't keep your hands of each other can you?" shouted Dhruv from outside making me chuckle ohh man this can't get any more embarrassing what the hell he is doing here I look at nandini who hides her face in my chest and starts laughing even more. I move a little she looks at me "we need to get dressed babe otherwise am pretty sure my brother will break the door and come in" she laughs again making me look at her she stops and looks back at me "how much I love you this way angry nandini is scary" her eyes pop out and she hits me on my shoulder "owe it hurts" I say looking at her "it was meant to be" she says hitting again "nandini" I say with big eyes "don't show me these eyes Mr Malhotra am not scared" I very well know she is not that is why I love her "okay baby enough of the fun as much as I want to be like this it's time for us to get dressed and then you are coming with me to our apartment" she looks at me "our apartment?" she asks flicking her eyebrows up "yes" I say "manik you want me to move in with you?" she asks me "I think I was pretty clear when I said ours it clearly meant that baby" she is staring at me and her look scares me what if she says no "okay I will" she says and gets to take her night gown I was so lost that I couldn't get what she said "come on baby I really want us to be together I want to see your face every day I wake up I want you in my arms house feels really lonely without you" she is just staring at me with a smile the smile which is only for me makes me click "what did you say about moving in?" I try to recall her words "oh my god you are moving in with me?" I shout with happiness she giggles "yes your majesty how can I say no to the Manik Malhotra" she winks "baby you have really got me" I hold her and pull her back to the bed and start tickling her "manik ..manik.. please...nooo" she keeps laughing making me laugh with her "thank you nandini for moving in with me" I say to her "well how can I say no to my man" she says kissing me on my nose and I just look at her "guys is the room okay or you guys broke it completely" shouted Dhruv from outside, now he is really making me angry I will kill him for sure I get up to move to the door when nandini caught my hand "not now let's shower first" she points at me I see am still not wearing anything, she moves to the washroom "baby can I join you?" She smiles. "I thought you were." I love my bold nandini a lot and we walk in.

As we move out I see Dhruv and Alya sitting on the sofas and staring at us with wicked smiles and I know we are caught they won't leave us easily "what's up love birds?" asked Dhruv winking at me "you are so dead man" I walk up to him "manik..manik calm down bro" he says getting up and running in the room I will kill him today I take the cushions and start hitting him "nandini what are you laughing tell your boyfriend to stop" Dhruv tried to ask nandini for help "no way nandini I swear don't come between this and Alya you too" I shouted as I move to catch him just then my phone rang "this is not over bro just wait here" I say as I move to attend my phone I see Aryaman is calling me "yes Aryaman what is it?" I ask "sir actually?" he says quiet softly and him saying me sir it means something is up "what is it Aryaman is everything okay?" I ask again because I sense something is off "sir there is a problem" I sigh this is not going to be good I look at nandini she is smiling and talking to Dhruv and Alya she looks at me and ask me "is everything okay?" with her expressions I just nod and smile I can't let her know there is some issue

"tell me ASAP what is it?" I ask him quietly "sir she is been sighted" "WHAT?" I try not to shout but I do, this is bad really very bad no..no..no this can't be right my heart stops beating "where..how?" I ask "she showed up at Cornica and when Jane saw in the CCTV she went down to talk to her but as she got down she was gone" I breath hard "what do you mean by gone? Did you search the apartment?" I ask, she knows in and out of the house she can get in easily she knows how to alter the code as because she installed it my breathing increases "yes sir I did but she didn't went up or alter the code" I sigh "find her Aryaman I want her find" I said to him "and do not tell anyone about it I want all this quite search the apartment me and nandini will be back home and complete the task before it change all the locks increase the security details also I want it quite but all done" I want my girl safe I look at her she is laughing on something which Dhruv just said her laugh is so pure I want it that way I want her happy "Aryaman I want all sorted out do you get me?" "yes Manik I will do it don't worry just relax and be calm" I just sigh and hung up when I see her walking towards me "all okay manik?" she saying touching my face I just stare at her my past is coming it is coming to haunt us I caress her face "yes baby all okay" I breathe. This isn't how I expected my day to go, but we take it as it comes at us. "One more call okay baby?" she nods and walks towards Alya and Dhruv, I call Jane to find out the details of the incident. I'm boiling mad and am back with a vengeance.
