SUJOY GHOSH CONFIRMS KAHAANI 2

Bollywood director Sujoy Ghosh has recently confirmed that "Kahaani" sequel will arrive soon. The director reveals that the movie is in pre-production stage and will soon hit the floor. The mystery movie "Kahaani" had been a huge hit in the box office during 2012. Since then, audience and fans are waiting for its sequel Sujoy Ghosh's announcement will excite them even more for the upcoming sequel. Apart from the return of "Kahaani" sequel, the director also revealed that Vidya Balan will be back in the sequel cast team. But it is not clear yet whether Vidya Balan will reprise the role or not.

Times Of India reports that Sujoy Ghosh informed that he will do shoot the film in Kolkata, India. Ghosh is also producing Ribhu Dasgupta directed film "Te3n" starring Vidya Balan, Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Vidya Balan has reportedly played the lead role in "Te3n." This movie will be released very soon.

The original movie "Kahaani" had Balan in the lead role. The movie is a thriller and had enticed the audience with its mystery until the end. The part one of the series is based on search for a mystery person.

To expound further, the movie's story is about a woman's search for her husband's murderer and also the exposure of the greater conspiracy behind that murder to the police. Her husband happened to serve in the Indian Army. She exposed the involvement of other officers of higher rank in the murder as well as the conspiracy. Now, the speculation is what will be the story of "Kahaani 2"?

Although Sujoy Ghosh has confirmed the return of Balan in "Kahaani 2," he has not cleared who else is going to be in the cast team. He said that he is currently busy with the pre-production of the movie "Kahaani 2," and the production will start soon.

Indian Express reports that during a discussion in International Kolkata Book Fair on "Byomkesh for All Ages," Ghosh revealed his love for the detective novel "Byomkesh." He played the role of Byomkesh in the film "Satyanweshi." Moreover, he also revealed that he took the acting challenge for that film as he was ordered by late director Rituparno Ghosh.
