Seriously guys, I'm really surprised by Urmila. She is totally awesome as a judge. Her comments are right on spot. She doesn't demoralize anyone and knows about every dance form. Compared to her fellow judges in Jhalak and judges from Nach Baliye, she is the best. 👏

I think Urmila is much better than Esha koppikar of Nach Baliye 😊 ..her judgements r spot on and at the same time she also tries to b polite with all the contestents 😳

aree..have you seen 'Bhoot' or 'Ek Haseena Thi' ? She has acted brilliantly in those movies.

Urmila is a good judge but i won't compare her 2 Isha since I think both r good at their respective places. Urmila gives her comments in a polite way widout hurting d contestants.

cannot compare urmila to isha kopikar as there is a difference in both these shows...jhalak is more about the western dance styles and nach baliye is more of bollywood style and that is isha's forte...but yes, urmila is much better than shilpa shetty on jhalak...as i felt shilpa only made a fool of herself and was not one bit confident about her own comments and she only re-worded farah's comments.

I am also surprised with her as a judge. I thought she is going to be there for glamour purpose like Shilpa in previous but she is so good and notices every single thing. More than any other judge I wait for her comments because not only she mentions what was good and what needs to improve, she doesn't demoralize them like Vaibhavi. (I used Vaibhavi just for example on how she says some things...IT maybe to force them to do a better job and I also know that she is a choreographer and Urmila is an actress).

She has improved so much since the beginning of show. In the beginning she did not know the "how much is the right criticism" so she ended up giving lame comments. Since contestant complained about score not matching with the critism she has made a point to bring out the points she is using for giving the marks. And that has enhanced her personality as judge.

Hope to see her again in next season...

Urmila proves to be a more knowledgeable judge than others. She explains the flaws with each performance in common, everyday language which is understandable by both the contestants and the audience. In contrast, to Shaimak who may get a bit too technical about certain things.
