hold on...now i remember...though hrithik due to the sign has a connection with naag/naagin but i don't think he can get physical with them...didn't shivanya's blood became poisonous for him...he does have powers and connection with naag/naagin...but he is a human afterall...he has limits too set by gods...he cannot cross certain limits...and one such limit is getting physical with a naagin...i guess this was one reason it result in his death last birth...he did had the same sign on his body thus he falls in love with a naagin...karuki and the human cross the limits set by gods...

Its Obvious Sesha wld gt knw the mystery behind the sign, i think that's the reason she gt to see and nt Shivanya, and definitely she wld use this info for her benefit, i doubt this week if we hv Sesha - Shivanya scene wld she inform Shivanya abt this mark?? coz right nw they are v.much together and no enmity or ny hidden motive is shown,
