This song and 'Kajra Mohabbatwala' are funniest songs from the golden age of BW 😃

After all these years this song hasn't aged at all...

Love Shamshad Begum's voice, much better than those squeaky voices that later ruled BW for decades 😊

It is believed that Shamshad Begum was very conscious of her not-so-good-looking face and often declined posing for pictures. But it was her voice that mesmerised people. Boojhi Mere Naam was one such song that went onto become a part of the beautiful collection.

Her voice is unique and I admire hearing different textured female voices like her
