The episode starts with Somu's lookalike falling on floor senselessly after saying that he isn't married. Doctor comes to check him and says he is mentally unstable with amnesia because of nervous breakfown. He warns his family to not to give him any stress, else he might lose his memory forever. They family gets shocked and worried at the same time.
Samar comes to his room and thinks that he will teach Somu a lesson. When Indira comes, he acts as if in pain in front of her. She cares his wounds. After she leaves, Samar calls someone and says Saro tried to ruin his married life, now he'll ruin hers by separating Somu from her.
Saro comes to Somu's room and caresses his hair gently. He wakes up feeling her touch and shouts how dare she to touch him being a maid. Saro looks hurt and starts shedding tears but soon recalls doctor's warning and stops. Somu continues shouting at her. Meanwhile Nirjhara comes there with milk. He asks her why is she working in place of maid and orders Saro to bring milk. She obeys him but he still keeps yelling at her. Indira feels bad for Saro and tries to comfort her. Nirjhara too does. Saro says she can do anything for Somu. Right then Somu comes out and shouts again at Saro ordering to remove her jewelries and wear dresses of maids from next day. He then asks her to massage his legs. She silently complies. Then she recalls their happy moments while massaging. Manzilen ruswa hai plays in the bg. Tarika bua comes and pampers somu. He falls asleep feeling comfortable and Saro leaves dejectedly. Tarika brings a dagger to asleep somu like she'll stab him but laughs afterwards. He too wakes up and laughs evilly with her. He goes to dressing mirror then removes lens from his eyes. It's revealed that he is fake Somu and Tarika's son in real. He says confidently that none will suspect him. Then he smirks and tells Tarika to keep his money ready and see how he tortures Saro.
Precap: Somu insults Saro in front of guests for missing buttons from his kurta. He does bizarre dance. While dancing chandelier falls on him but Saro manages to save him on time.
