How Kangana Ranuat Ended Up Making Hrithik Look compromised!
3 hours agoHell may or may not have fury like a woman scorned. But hell, this earth has no greater embodiment of scornful vendetta than a man rebuffed. Some throw acidic remarks at the women who turn them down. Others just throw acid. Or maybe just drag the girl who has rejected the male ego to the nearest paddy field.
Hrithik Roshan who is known to be pompous self-important and holier-than-thou chose to throw venomous verbiage at the woman whom he apparently had an affair with.
We're talking about Kangana Ranaut. Rather than keep a discreet silence about their...umm...indiscreet dalliance Hrithik decided to chose the path of overt aggression.
Big mistake.
He tweeted something about more chances of him having an affair with the pope than with any actress he's being linked with. Please note the cowardly sarcasm of the remark. Actress goes unnamed and the religious head of an organization known to take barbs in its stride with dignity is evoked.
A few words on Hrithik's tweets. They are all so filled with wearisome wisdom many industry folks have secretly named him Swami Hrithikanand. Swamiji slipped up big time with this one.
Hrithik must have thought , like all nice decent coy women Kangana would be shamed into silence by his rebuff. He underestimated her appetite for defiance. Kangnaslammed back saying she would respect the Other person' if he stopped pursuing her.
The point here is not of a superstar being shown his place . It is more about a woman speaking up and nailing a man's lie . Years ago Pooja Bhatt had shown the same spirit of defiance after she had come out with her confession that the most satisfying relationship , "emotionally and physically" she has had was with a Khan superstar.
That married superstar took me to a corner one day and said to me, "You know she was lying. She wanted to have sex with me. I said, thanks but no thanks. I am married with kids."
A year later this superstar's marriage broke up. And Pooja had the last laugh.
Kangna would recognize that laughter. That girl has a lot that is not right on her head. But when it comes to telling it like it , she does it bang-on.
So Hrithik, next time you take on someone for verbal sparring make sure she has no curly hair and no fire in her soul.
