Animation & Bollywood Movies

February is upon us . Its the shortest month of the year . So why not start this month with pertinent question . The complete lack of goof cartoon movies in Bollywood . I mean cartoon movies aren't just for kids . They really teach life lessons and such . An their really sweat. We could all use more sweetness in out lives can't we. Will anyone in Bollywood ever make a good animated movie ??

Hey I love animation!!

Personally I would love to see more animation movies in India, but I dont think the country has the resources yet to make good animation...Cinema in this country is mainly driven by superstars, and animation seems like a risky genre..

Its a shame though, given that there is so much which the country could have done with animation... The few cartoons released in BW have been quite underwhelming. Remember that Romeo movie starring Saif and Kareena?😕😆

However I really liked this Indo-Japanese animated adaptation of Ramayana:
